Thank you very much this is a very useful video really appreciate. I have a problem where the key fob for my family 2018 Camry and 2021 Corolla just would not remotely unlock or lock the car. I figure it's the battery as well. I was wondering how do you reprogram these key fob again to your car. Because for me even after replacing the battery it's a hit or miss at times for the fob to sync with the car. So maybe reset it programming wise might help?

There is no manual way to program these fobs, it requires a computer programmer, but if they are working intermittently I don't think reprogramming would solve the issue

But my Toyota does have a push-button ignition and yet I'm getting a "replace battery" message. Are you certain this is just for cars that don't have a push-button ignition? Thank y ou.

What about when you buy a new key fob and want to change the key over and reprogam it?

There is no manual way to program these flip keys - you will need a dealership or automotive locksmith

it usually will work but I would recommend using a CR2032
