Hiya, i have a question unrelated to the video. I just bought a DHP ready for when I upgrade my viv, however I am wondering if I could install it now. I have a 2ft viv. After being fitted the DHP will sit about 15cm from the highest surface in the viv which I am worried will be too close to my leo. Will this be okay? I know setting the thermostat to a specific temp with stop it over heating but I still worry 😂 if it would be better to wait until I get a bigger viv I will. But if I am able to supply my leo with better heating sooner then obviously I 100% would rather do that! Thanks 🙏🏻

Absolutely amazing. The success is outstanding, this is literally a dream of mine and you’re living it. You’re probably not gonna see this, but can you maybe do a guide on how to set up a 40 gallon female leopard gecko community enclosure (or a breeding enclosure)? your excitement and passion reminds me of when I opened up my first business - it's a thrill and a big risk and unless you have put this kind of work into a business and all your assets on the line you don't know. I miss those early days in my warehouse when I used to import things to sell to stores. I still miss it! I have an office now with no inventory, but I do so miss just being hands on and just interacting with the customers and merchandise. It looks like fun but make no mistake you need a good head for business. well done.

Yeay!!!!! I love hearing the no shipping on live animals... the core to the Josh's reptile ethics is everything!!! And yeay!!! I love hearing the wifey poo is a veterinarian!!!! Now i think I saw a little baby exists too... so man... the journey you all have over the next few decades and soon the voice will be "And my dad started this tank 30 years ago." I am super excited about finding the true reptile guardian. Like you said.... you are changing the world... especially chameleons. To me, you grow, expand wholesale ( I watched a few wholesale grows now and it's just so neat seeing you expand out and take big steps and yet... "the info fliers are always free to the individual consumers!" The soul of everything you represent... that you are in it for them... for the reptiles who never had anyone like you represent them and their needs like this before. I tripped over a video hear last week curious about chameleons initially and then i got educated that i am not ready for a chameleon at all... i need to completely get reschooled in everything about my Leopard gecko and watched that Leopard vivaria build and mentioned there I was devoted student the second the bugs went in like i said. Look forward to Eva having her best life soon. She easily has 11 or so left... I have had her for 2. Look forward to talking to your helpful staff on Monday!!!! I will own a chameleon someday too... but that will be a few years from now... thank you for changing the industry. The Reptiles being happiest is what matters the most and you really care about each and every individual one of them.

I want to CONGRATULATE you on your VENTURE!!! I am personally very happy for you! Your videos have always entertained me on late sneaker painting nights. I used to do this vivarium "stuff" back in the late 90's, when all of our inspiration came from watching what the Dutch were doing over in the Netherlands, especially a company called Vivaria Projects. Vivaria Projects were really ahead of their time! Back to my point...it is always a dream to find someone else who is as passionate and focused on a vision. Finding like minded individuals (back then anyway) was very difficult. I had worked for a themed construction company and built zoo exhibits around the USA (Akron Zoo, Henry Doorly Zoo, Cleveland Botanical Gardens, etc.) SO, with that in mind, you passion is infectious and I know, as long as you are losing sleep because of your excitement for what you do and what you believe, you will continue to be successful!! As a reptile fan and a FedEx worder, at first I loved every inch of this video and impressed with your drive to be a great entrepreneur, but I absolutely adore the boxes you created to protect your product. Your boxes are durable as fuck. I've delivered them. Amazing. I wish everyone else took as much responsibility to ship with care. You tape doesn't fuck up like a "others" recycled tape, you pack your boxes with that tough crumpled paper that fills the boxes so there is no ability to dent and coconut crunch the box. @@TheBioDudeJoshHalter One thing I have been concerned about in setting up a new tall bio active vivarium (18 x 18 x 24 ) for 2 Gray/Cope’s tree frogs But I am worried about them swallowing substrate when I feed them now. Is this a concern? Before I had them in an aquarium type setting and did not have to worry about their sticky tongue grabbing substrate. I just don’t want them to get bound up inside with debris. Is this a concern? Thank you in advance. (I’m new at frog keeping - just one year now ..)

Congrats on your opening. I have seen a lot of your videos. You have given me great ideas.I have been wanting to do a bioactive vivarium for my beardie aurora. My pet stores around me suck. They have bearded dragon bedding that has coconut fibers that bearded dragons are commonly allergic to or that are just all around bad for them. If I do this I will be ordering all of the components from you but it does put a damper on things that I can't get any rocks. They have no good basking rocks in the stores around me for her . so she has to settle with climbing on a small log o found that honestly isn't good enough in my eyes for her. I hope you know that you shouldn't always have to dress up in a suit just be you. Always stay humble and kind.

Happy for you and I hope your business does amazing. I were a suit everyday (Hotel management) and trust me after years of wearing them....its annoying lol. For your line of work id recommend wearing something that will allow you to jump in and help your employees without worrying about your clothes to much. Most important for employee moral is when they see the big boss working next to them and not just walking around in suit ordering them around. Keeping pushing for success brother.
