For 60K I think it’s a fair price nice interior good Powertrain but Chevy / GMC builds the majority of there full size trucks in Mexico so there labor and materials cost is lower then Ram and Ford so there profit margins are larger makes me not understand why some features like double length moonroof and better sound system are missing it would be cheaper for them to offer the options Ram and Ford have but still nice truck

I am seriously considering the RST rally. I really would prefer a “street oriented” truck vs an off road oriented pickup and this really fits the bill. However, it is personally frustrating that Chevy does not offer adaptive cruise or automatic emergency braking on this trim level. It is also silly to be forced to have 4x4 with the 6.2 and 10 speed transmission. It’s not like anyone in the world would need that capability in a street truck running on 22’s with low profile tires. That being said, at a sticker price of about $63k fully loaded and a real world transaction price of under $50k this truck is very attractive and indeed possesses, for me, many desirable attributes. I think an all black version with the black vinyl stripes replaced by actual painted red stripes would look spectacular in my driveway.

The RST lacks the dash padding and cooled seats of the LTZ and High Country. I prefer those and got the high country.

It is a nice looking truck, but for 60k with no switch for rear locking diff and the gauge set up is kind of off. And the inside looks pretty plain compared to a F150 King ranch that you can get for around the same price.

GM should give away thier trucks or sell two or three tiers below what they are asking after launching a truck with a previous generation interior. The function of the interior is a grade A. But to use it's surplus parts while it's competition completely outshines them. The Sierra/Silverado looks like it's a model cycle behind. Because it is.

@@ericmings better than my f150! Ive had it since last summer and man the transmission has been horrible. It was jerky at first and started making some good clunk noise when shifting at times. Ford does not see any issue. Its kind got better in the last week but the off throttle rattle is just unnacceptable.

Hyperbole much? 2000 no it's a 2015 interior. I had a 2015 Ram and this interior would easily rival that actually the fit and finish would be a grade above. But this is the issue for GM. When GM decided to update their trucks they went back to their infamous penny pinching ways with their Flagship sales leader and decided to use their surplus parts bin. For this GM lost a future truck buyer and judging by sales figures for the past 2 1/2 years GM has lost a lot of truck buyers.
