T27 is a honey blonde so probably has red tones in it. You need a T14 with blue tones to get rid of the orange/yellow.

Try (genciana de violeta) it's in the Latin natural section of the pharmacy they have a small purple bottle for cuts n u mix this just a couple of drops like 4 it turns purple with conditioner the more conditioner the lighter the color but just put it like a hair mask and it cost only 3 dollars tops so cheap and easy

I am a bit confused u slept in the T27 and 20 developer? What would you do differently if you have a lot of gray hair. Gray doesn't usually take to dyes. I had bought the same box dye to try it myself. Sick of paying to dye my hair and never liking how it turns out. My hair has been natural for years now and I just chopped it all off
