This is exactly the kind of engineering/designing I like to see. Lots of ideas brought in from boats. It did seem a bit heavy on first glance, might get stuck in mud, but it has winches. I like it very much. 🤩

Intelligent design and engineering. Excellent space management, especially for its size. Interesting cassette toilet. BTW, when my family had a travel trailer in the 1970s, we had a Monomatic, the same one on the airliners. It was 12 volt, recirculating and had its own holding tank. You could use it with fresh water or add a blue deodorizing powder. Demo and tour one of the most informative I've seen. Not one thing was left out. The cabinetry was the most innovative and protective of its contents I ever saw for travel in any rig. The ladder storage was da bomb, as well as the automatic steps . If I ever win a lot of money...

Terrific video, thorough and concise. The vehicle and narrator are beyond reproach. This is surely one of, if not the best thought out designs in existence. The quality and attention to detail is phenomenal. Of course it is out of range for most people, but so is owning a Van Gogh or a Monet, it doesn't mean you can't appreciate it for the genius that created it. EarthRoamer, like its vehicles, is polished yet avoids being pretentious. Ambition is imbued with sincerity as the complex and multifarious are distilled into efficiency, comfort and capability. EarthRoamer's luxury isn't found only in the material, but ultimately in the freedom in the mind of the user, the space to seek and enjoy the adventure, because everything else has already been looked after. There's something to be said for being the best, and EarthRoamer delivers.

No matter if I could afford it or not, I would never pay that price. I’m sure there are people that do buy these, and I’m happy for them if that’s what they want. I feel it’s even criminal that it cost what it does. That all being said it’s a beautiful off road capable RV. The middle class people however are not even a possible buyer for this type of vehicle. If I had between 200,000 and 500,000 to blow? there would be many other like vehicles I’d purchase other then this one. But to each his own. When I first started watching these RV vids I was like wow!! These RVs are fantastic! I admit I’m not a engineer or anything like that so maybe the price is justified. My sincere apologies if I’m wrong about the manufacturers price for these vehicles but I’m sure most people can’t and won’t pay what they want for these.

Only thing I would add is a small atmospheric water maker, so water becomes an endless supply. A simple valve, one way goes to tank, the other position fills a container for drinking water or cofee. 95 gallons is a good size tank, but eventually you will need water,the atmospheric water maker fixes the problem. Other than that it prefect!!!!!!
@CallsignVega6 жыл бұрын
Uhh, even the smallest are pretty large, they use a ton of power, are extremely expensive and work poorly in dry/winter climates.
@Apollo9733us6 жыл бұрын
@@CallsignVega You need to look at the new water makers, which are nothing more the dehumidifiers, and they are small, solar powered and work great. There are table top water makers, up to very large units. I am suggesting a 5 gallon per day unit. Humidity is always a factor, but in RH above 30% it serves two purposes, it dehumidifies inside unit and fills the water supply. Above 5 gallons per day your looking at a much larger unit, but 5 gallons per day is very doable with a small efficient unit.

This vehicle is incredibly well thought out, and beautiful. Not needing 4 seats in the cab, I'd like a roomy living area to use for a bigger bathroom. I think I'd also flip the location of the sofa and orientation of the bed (for tv viewing), and get rid of the dinette in favor of those awesome extended counters with some stools for working on computers, if needed. So yeah....when I win the lottery, I'll have my people call their people. lol

$65K pickup modded for $35K = $100K, so $390K spent on a fiberglass shell with some furniture and systems in it. To put that into perspective, that is ~$3,500 per living square foot. And that is being generous including the cab-over bed in the square footage. No locking diffs so it gets stuck in a wet grass field. About $250K in profit in these builds (and that's just the minimum base model, a few options get's you to $600K).

I seen one of these stuck, and had to use the winch. This thing did not have locking diffs. It would have gotten itself out with that available. My question, spending that much money I would expect I would not be looking at that as an option for a machine meant for being in the back country. That turned me off on this unit. Is this an option that would be an added cost, or did this guy that had the unit not know what he had?

OCD lol no worries the same lol my trash pail a diaper giene lol. Love it Very nice and detailed even behind the wood work love to see that workmanship top notch better then other high ends i been looking at. heres the but it needs a removable wall mount a cradle or 3 side fold flush box to put a pressure cooker and air fryer in it. takes no more energy then thate burner and takes less tiem to use so saves on power, needs a 110v or 12 volt in kitchen hid in drawer with a notch for cord to keep the clean look. ask any trucker what they cook with 9 out of 10 say pressure cooker or crock pot if nit the power a hot box or other brands on 12v. rack can be slom easy to store. best one seen yet in quality ty. sorry one complaint oven is to high. i can see dinner falling on ones face and severely burning them self's is a no no for me. put it at the bottom looks odd but can do a drawer one its the pits to clean or as is but under. would be my choice. or for ever keep it steady when pulled out dinner ect.
