NICE VIDEO.....UNFORTUNATELY.....THEY DON'T MAKE THE GIANT FUEL TANK FOR THE 2001 EXTENDED CAB LONG BED.....

No hate I love your videos but why don’t you have a high lift trans jack? It would turn those fuel tank jobs into a one man operation. Easier and safer.

@@NoShowT I do have one. There’s no balancing the tank using the straps or knocking it off the high lift jack. Puts it right where I want it. Only reason we dropped the old tank with some fuel in it still is it had 30 gallons in it and all my cans were full at that point. I wouldn’t say it’s unsafe, never heard of a plastic tank hurting anyone.

So unless you’re hot shot-ing or pulling campers/trailers cross country would you use enough of that 60 gal capacity without an algae problem?
@AutomedicGarage2 ай бұрын
@@charlesquick3656 if you drive daily and the tank stays agitated not to meantion you put diesel in 2-3 times a month your fine. Mine 2000 7.3 with a factory tank sometimes has the same fuel in the tank for 1-2 months at a time cause I don’t drive it much. No problems with it.

Lmao damnit man.. I also could not fill up on the 1inch diesel hose anymore, for some reason it would just keep shutting off .. had to go to the regular pumps which was a nightmare with 55 gallons on a slow pump and a 5th wheel or gooseneck behind me
