Different bows feel different to different people. In my target bow testing this year, I just couldn't get comfortable with the TRX 36, but I know multiple people who swear by that bow. So I can't say it's not a good bow just because I'm not shooting it well. Maybe I'm doing something wrong or maybe it just doesn't fit me as well as others. It's all very subjective.

Doesnt the revolt have a 7 inch brace height? That may be why it feels more comfortable
@justinbruce12254 жыл бұрын
DjHatZnBfan the revolt x has a 6 5/8 brace. But it is 33 axle to axle. I think the grip and draw cycle were best for me personally. That VXR was no joke though. Most dead in the hand bow I’ve ever felt.

@@justinbruce1225 ahh gotcha, thanks for the clarification on specs. Yea I almost got the revolt myself. I really liked the tunability of its cam system w/o the need of a press. hi,another great review! i have a question....my draw length is about 30 inches, im wanting to buy a pse evo nxt but i am unsure if i should get the 31 or 33 ata. i do like a shorter ata bow ,however worried that the string angle on the 31 might be to steep? i cant test them both in shop so its a bit of a guessing game. is your draw length 30 in? did you find the string angle too steep on the mathews 28?
@ArcheryTalkVideo3 жыл бұрын
Yes, I have a 30” DL. The 27-inch Mathews was too short for me, but I am ok with the 29 I have this year. But it’s all personal preference. If it helps, the 30” Mathews Vertix might be my all time favorite. Though I tend to like 32/33 inch bows for the most part.
@tugrenlad704 жыл бұрын
I agree completely with the revolt x, if your new to archery you just need to learn a dloop,peep site tie in and get the basic tools to tune and I dont no if you can get at all of the DL adjustments without a press but pretty sweet if you only need one for a string change

AGAIN, have to call you out on unique features that help w/ performance & tunibility. Prime's Parallel Cams & Center grip w/o question help. If the bow is set up correctly, is the simplest to tune on the Market. When you have perfect string to arrow alignment there is no adjustments necessary. Why is so hard to mention these features in these "REVIEWS?"
@Kgsoloman-ou6wm4 жыл бұрын
Dude there is like 7 strings and cables on the bow. It shouldn't even be on the list with such an idiotic design. All of these bows are easy to tune. Bowtech and Elite are the simplest as they require the least amount of tools. I couldn't imagine having a string break or get clipped with a broadhead, needing a replacement and waiting 3 weeks for the manufacturer to send you out a set. Horrible.
@asrealasitgets7654 жыл бұрын
@@Kgsoloman-ou6wm 1st, NOT a dude. Complaining about a string set screams Fanboy. And,, damaging a string can occur to any bow. Also, if you did some research you would see that Prime has a 48 hour shipping guarantee for warranty service. Not so w/ the other Manufacturers. As I stated earlier, when set up correctly, one tool is required to tune a Prime, an Allen wrench for the AR adjustment. I have owned multiple & tuned all of them in 3 shots or less.
@Kgsoloman-ou6wm4 жыл бұрын
@@asrealasitgets765 Dude is a unisex term, I was not using it to refer to your sex; rather a person that I know nothing of. Like your name for example. I don't do my research on Prime bows because 7 strings are a problem. Not just because they have a higher probability of getting clipped and compromised, but they also are the most susceptible part of a bow. The most common reason a bow loses tune is because of string stretch. Not only are the cables yoked into plastic, but even the string is also yoked into the plastic; I've seen monkey tail string silencers affect tune, I couldn't imagine having plastic yoked into your string on the same plane an arrow is attached. 95% of bows on the market can be tuned in under 5 shots. That's just how good bows are nowadays. Ironically I'm stating there are several bow manufacturers that are great on the market and you are standing for one brand, yet I'm the fanboy? Tuning also has about 95% to do with hand torque.

By the way, although I mentioned Bowtech and Elite, I shoot a PSE. So I guess I fanboy many brands. I suppose that makes me an enthusiast?

@@Kgsoloman-ou6wm Do you call your Mother, Wife, or Sister a dude? 2nd, the string set has literally nothing to do w/the reviewer's video but yet you mention it 1st hand. And I am calling out the review based on factual bow features, nothing else. But, you are the 1 making accusations on a bow brand you literally know nothing about. You calling Prime's string design "Idiotic" clearly shows you are a " Fanboy." Just having Prime featured in this review shows their Popularity among the Archery industry. They are w/o question the fastest growing Manufacturer on the Market for a reason. All from a bow that has been on the Market less than 10 years.
