I'm so glad I found your video...I have been in the same boat. It's been 11 years for me and I'm over it!!! Everything you said is me to. In the last few years it's been focusing on my health. Good luck to you. Thank you for your story.

Mindset is huge too man. 2020 is not your year of progress. It’s the year you recover.

7 years for me with anxiety, agoraphobia that would come and go but 2020 will be my 3rd year struggling with severe anxiety, panic, agoraphobia where I can’t get our, chronic fatigue and generally feeling ill every day, it all led to depression and my drive to even try and get better. I have lost my hobbies, even reading, journaling etc as zero mojo and lost my sparkle and drive to read self help books. Almost like I’ve just lost all hope so my minds giving me a lack of drive to even try which isn’t me at all. Good for you working on yourself. I hope my drive comes back soon so that I can find my hope and sparkle to get better comes back, she’s been missing for about 3 months now.

Happy New Year Billy! So glad you are going to focus on diet and exercise. In the US, there is constant reference to diet and exercise. I'm looking forward to seeing how you progress. What you are doing cannot hurt, it can only help. So happy to see and hear you having hope. Best of wishes for success. Your success will help all of us too as you will be setting a new standard of behavior. Also, setbacks happen, so remember a setback is temporary, as your mind and body have to adjust to this new way of living and sometimes the mind and body need a rest time to adapt to new things. I'm hoping that this experiment works well. You are such a kind and caring person and you deserve happiness. Greetings from almost warm and very sunny today Florida.

Great video mate. CBT is a crock because you cannot change emotional responses by changing your thoughts.

What a great plan for the NewYear! Healthier eating and just getting some physical exercise in is is bound to have a positive effect. It is said that sitting is the new smoking. So get out and walk! Fresh air. You are so young and you’ve got it all in front of you! Maybe at 40 you could get a check-up - just a general physical- cholesterol, blood sugar , that sort of stuff- as a baseline. Looking forward to sharing your journey!

You’re truly the male version of me! I feel like we are living identical lives. I try and make changes and then I get hit with a cluster of symptoms and I just give up because I feel so sick and defeated. I’m on board with you! Anxiety United Thank you Billy! We’ll get through this... I have to make big changes to my diet as well. I have no energy to exercise right now but hopefully my diet change will help. My brain starts telling itself I am going to drop dead right now. I then start producing pulses from my lower brain down through my chest... It's the most bizarre feeling... It then takes me 30 or so minutes for it to go away. IT SUCKS SO BAD. It is getting worse the older I get.
