You need remove the tank to connect de cable and hide the extralong cable?. I have a fatboy 2021 and i donk like remove the tank.....

I picked up cruise control for my 2019 HD Breakout, still in the box! (I'm so lazy) This video was a great help to me as I didn't want to shell out the $$ for the install. Using the fisher was something I would not have thought of, so thanks for that! Great first video btw! One of these days I will get around to doing the install, also nice to know that it shouldn't cost anything to enable it once its done!

Me toooo! I've got a couple things in boxes to install on my 2017 Breakout but they require pulling the rear wheel to get to the electrical harness which is a big PITA! I'm now waiting for my cc to ship; maybe that will get me into gear for installing them?

Hi, I'm going to install it on my 2021 Fat Boy. Some people here have mentioned that by simply loosening the front tank bolts, you can lift the tank slightly and keep it propped up with a cloth. This way, you don’t need to remove it entirely, making the installation more manageable. Has anyone tried this method? If it saves money, go ahead and remove the entire fuel tank Good video . Yes, you could just take the front bolt off the tank and left it up

I just put cruise control on mine, got it flashed on the ECU at the dealership, and I cannot figure out how tf to use it. It doesn't set properly, but it's gotta be the way I'm using it.

Did you connect the cruise control wire where the regular control wire was connected? And was there any other wire that needed to be connected?

When you installed this and rode your bike before it was flashed, did you lose the ability to see what gear you were in on your gauge? I just installed one on my 22 and I haven't got it flashed yet. I noticed while riding that my gauge doesn't show what gear I am in. Wondering if it's just an ECM thing that'll be ok when flashed? The rest of the left control module buttons are working fine (blinker, high/low beam, etc)

Not bad at all for your first video. Pro tip: (and take NO offence please) when showing items, etc...please try and use correct terminology of said items. (This and that, is fine but only for some. It also helps to sound more professional) So not that hard hua?? "New screws, old screws, those in the living were for if you scratch or strip the "old screws" fyi. Just trying to help and I hope it didn't sound "bossy". Fyi, I'm going to install this after I verify it will opperator properly on the 21 models. They have totally new ECU's so there's that.
