It s an option when you configure the car called SPORT SOUND ,arround 500€ and will bring a nice and deep sound and also no fake exhausts.

That noise comes from issue with windscreen. I had same problem but in lower speed approx 160km/h. Mercedes replaced windscreen and problem is solved. But quality is not as good as it was in good old days mercedes.

You can adjust that bonnet closing issue. The big rubber stops inside the engine compartment are threaded, and you can wind them in and out to get rid of the wobble.

I never understand with the complaint of having a “ fake exhaust “ it’s actually better to not have a physical tip and instead integrated tips that will not get dirty from nasty exhaust smoke id rather it produce a better sound and shoot right out on to the road

Definitely a GLE with e-active body control. One where the hood closes of course. Can’t wait to see if they do a GLE 63 with the E-active suspension

Exhaust situation seems weird given how there are models (same gen GLE450s) with un-blocked exhausts. Idk why some has fake exhausts and some hasnt. Seems compeltely random or maybe has to do with a sports exhaust option

For those of yall that complains about the fake exhausts please don't get piss because Mercedes have heard yall complaints and put real exhausts on all recently manufactured GLE. I just got mine back in early September and it came with 4 real exhausts pipes. lol

it is not 100 Nm boost but 250 Nm... bring this to 750 Nm, more than the 400 d.. Okaisch for 2,4 Tons. This one is my next one, to be delivered in 12.2019. I hope i will no regret my current A6 biturbo , 320 hp, 650 Nm ..the greatest car i ever had until now. A biest of A6., killing some 911 at acceleration at low speed (Torque of 650Nm is great..)

Voice amplification should be switched off when you‘re driving that speed... Mercedes has an update for you, one of too many - therefore this model is not delivered at the moment, thousands of pre-orders are missing :/

If you are taking the trouble to do a reasonably thorough POV Review, I think a quick look in the back of the car and also the boot (trunk) would be good. You do not have to get in the boot or anything weird like that. Max mentioned that he thought the GLE might be a worthy successor to the 535d Touring - well, I have an idea of the space in one of those, not so much in the GLE. Just a suggestion. It's a cool car. Especially in green.

Fake exhausts are still standards on the GLE450, but you can get real exhaust for 300 euros as an extra options. Also the real AMG GLE modell has 4 exhausts as standards. If you buy this car definetly get air suspension with 450 or stronger engines. The base coil suspensions are shit.

The rear is absolutely awful. This is a vey beautiful car, the interior is on point, the engine is great, yada yada yada... but those rear lights are incredibly ugly. The shitty rear lights are now on the gle, glc, CLS(the rear again, it's completely ruined)...bad move by mercedes...
