I have this exact same model and a 2021 Durango SRT and I drive this car way more than I do my toy!! Nice fit for a taller guy fits my boys in the back and my wife and we ride smooth and not to mention sounds good when you listen to music 💯 Nissan will always have my vote

At this time, I do not own a car for well over a year now. Please do not be picky with your Maxima, because I would love to own and drive yours.

Frankly, on such a ho-hum dull drive, just about all cars will handle the same. But throw the Maxima SR into a high speed turn, and that is where it will separate itself from an Avalon. Generally, the sportier you get, the harsher the ride you get. If you want a car that can pull more Gs around a turn, then you get a car with a beefier suspension. The type of turn I am referring to is one that most folks would never try. So for most folks, they should make their purchasing decision on other criteria. But if you want a family sedan that can take a high speed turn and stay planted, then the Maxima SR is an excellent choice. Note that I am not suggesting that anyone drive like a nut (even a million dollar Ferrari will lose control if pushed too hard). But with the Maxima SR, you are paying for lateral performance, and that includes the resulting comfort level of the suspension for day-to-day driving.

@@ericwallar2197 I believe Kia has a 10 year/100k mile warranty, which is better than most, if not the best in the industry, no? Plus, I've driven last year's model, was fully loaded, all the way from MN to FL. Plenty of time to get acquainted with the car. It's alright, I personally was not impressed. Transmission was terrible and awd is better than fwd, last time I checked. On top of that, the trunk space is non existent it's way too narrow for me. But if u like, cool. One man's trash is another man's treasure as they say 😉

This car deserves manual gear box not this crap CVT!!! Nissan if you designing car that is intended to have sporty intentions than dont ruined it by putting this kind of transmission like u did, CVT u can leave for Altima and Sentra not this car, ridiculous.

jacob lifore Actually the CVT work better with a V6 turbo because of the power band. The CVT is horrible in a 4 cylinder.

@@abt4702you know.. You gotta try it in maxima.. This cvt is totally different.. Trust me.. I own maxima Sr and I have driven tons of other cvts.. This doesn't make you feel... Or drives like a cvt.. It's just a sad fact its a cvt.. But the performance is really good

It works better for V6 cars and it’s really intended to make the car more fuel efficient in reality I love it tho it’s the best family car I’ve had personally I traded it in from my 2018 Camry I think it feels way better and my family fits way better
