Nice review. I own both the 265 and the 300 trophy. I agree, the 300 is definitely a step up, and is more refined. I love both cars, we are lucky as consumers that these sort of cars are developed.

Very nice review, the car looks awesome, but it comes in at Golf R money 4WD versus 4 wheel steering, I reckon I would prefer the 4WD.

The old one is better, I test drove the new one and it was decent but its a much more mainstream car for a wider audience. I miss my rs275, I used to have one and now I own a cayman gt4.

@@TheWretchedWorldYou miss the 275 over the Porsche? Just curious since I never drove a Porsche. I will drive my stage 1 265 till its heart stops from beating. And then I hope to find another good one in my preferred spec.... Never even bothered to test drive the Meg 4 RS. 4 doors and EDC is a no go for me and the wheels are butt ugly imo. 4-control heard too many bad things about it. I like it pure and simple, pure feeling and feedback at the limit.

4:35 boot space is not 434 litres, it’s 294 according to official spec. 434 is for the regular Mégane, and even that is not what Renault is stating, which is 384 litres (VDA measurement - a measurement focussed on usable boot space, versus the absolute space, which is the 434 litres). The RS has a notably smaller boot because the boot floor had to be raised in order to accommodate for the modified exhaust. So 294 litres of usable space, and that’s quite bad. Smaller than Golf, Focus, Civic, pretty much everything really. This makes it much less usable than its rivals.

Kasimir den Hertog thing that really puts me and family off is the CTR only seats 4 , why oh why not Honda just add 1 extra seatbelt in rear??! Adds massive convenience at minimum cost. It’s make or break for ppl who sometimes have to carry 5 ppl

My next car... Upgrading from a mustang ecoboost with all the sauce added to it. Having a child now and aiming for two, this should give me equal or more enjoyment because it is sharp and looking at the civic without looking boy-racer. Or the S3.... or M235i xdrive? hmmmm...
