2020 Toyota Camry XSE review

I've always liked Hondas for a long while and had never considered a Toyota until 2012. Now after 2018, I only consider Toyota (and Lexus) vehicles and nothing else. I think the Camry XSE is simply beautiful.

I bought the 2020 xse in silver and black I get complements on it all the time . I bought it because it’s a sharp looking car with Toyota reliability. I love the car so far .

@Big Dave. Did you purchase the V6 or V4? Thoughts about the driving experience?

I went with 4 cylinder it averages 36-37 mpg I was looking for something for everyday driving that was good on gas . I have a f 150 and a sports car that suck gas plus not vehicles I want rack up the miles. It handles and rides nice if looking for more power the v6 gives you a extra 100 hp and is a very reliable motor.

The XSE stepped up the game. Corolla, Highlander, Camry, all at one time were very boring vehicles. Their appearance was so bland I never considered their cars before. But now, the XSE changes that and looks very good. Character in their looks now. Except the Highlander. Any body notice the XSE branding and how it also spells SEX. There is a song called Sex Drive. Cool. I bought this car on Friday night. My only complaint is their approach to getting Nav on board. It is not a simple process and requires you to sign away your privacy rights. Might want to look at the before purchasing. Had I known that fact, I would have probably moved on. Oh well, you can't think of every thing any more. One of the most cool parts of the car, it has a sport mode and that flattens the car to the ground and handles curves extremely well. Using the norm mode, the car leans into the curves like usual. It is very distinct.

Hey Dante, yes the XSE trim is Available with either a inline 4 or a V6. The car we tested was the 4 cyl. If you’re looking for power definitely go for the V6, it’s a different animal.
