These 2020 Walk Around videos are the best thing going from SnowTrax! Please do one on the 6000R-XC since Cat is going "mainstream" with it now.

Nice looking sled 👍. I’m not a huge 4 stroke fan but this is one of the few I’d consider. Great engine. It’s a shame Cat dropped the 7000 though because of the ski issue and typically there is better pricing on the Cats. Yamahas around here usually go for close to MSRP

That is one great looking sled and the "Triple" on the tunnel is cool. A little throw back to the triple 2 strokes..... The mill in these sleds really is one sweet motor. Smooooth and torkyyyy….I love it.

I think it's time for Yamaha to address it's diminishing loyal followers and come clean on their future in snowmobiling. No more avoiding the issue. Questions like "Will they design and build their own sleds without Arctic Cat?" should be answered. Each time Yamaha posts on Facebook, it becomes riddled with user comments ridiculing them and their "Yamaha sleds". It has to drive Yamaha executives nuts with all the negative comments. Yamaha's snowmobile division is truly an embarrassment. Such a large company with no vision or desire to succeed. Hopefully, Supertrax will interview some Yamaha execs soon and ask them direct questions, or better yet answer questions from the Yamaha faithful. We are tired of "hoping" for a game breaking sled from Yamaha each year only to be let down year after year.

Very nice sled. I am a serious buyer for 2022 model year (nothing available for 2021 without snowcheck) and will have to see what changes if any happen. I had a 2006 Polaris FST and really liked it despite the dated chassis. I would consider Skidoo 4-stroke except their drive by wire throttle is getting lousy reviews...too jumpy and laggy at times.

If you order one in the summer, they toss extras in, graphic package, better shocks, choice of track..etc. sometimes 300 for in store purchases...? .. ..Snow Check.!

Snowcheck, end season package, mid season package...geez, come on, just give me a catalog to choose from. This is getting rediculous. It's 2019, built to order is commonplace now, why is the sled market lagging behind?

RaceME the Viper is NOT a fast sled. The old Vector with the same engine was faster.

@@ebsell I know that. I ride a nytro and I've race a couple vipers and blistered them. And I've raced 600s and beat them even worse. Not saying a viper is way faster but it will beat a 600 any day

@@ebsellThat's not true, I had a 2010 Vector GT before changing it to a 2016 SR VIPER LTX, despite a track of 137'' for the Viper vs. a 120'' for the Vector, the VIPER is just as fast and better balanced (skiing often lifted with the Vector which is not the case with the Viper , and I have no problem competing against a Nytro and leaving it behind, there are also some videos 'vs' of the two on ''you tube'') I do not regret my choice, and it's really reliable.
