The rendition is rather harsh and grates - I wonder whether the problem is partly with the electronics.

@@purser01 no, the 'baritone' in question is a tenor. Listen to him singing this and then compare it to someone like Gino Bechi or Robert Merrill singing the Toreador song. His La Ci Darem La Mano is even worse.
