Phil, I will attest to how great your custom Wash Mop is in helping with the washing of my cars. I have had nine spine surgeries and thought I would have to give up hand washing my cars. I have a'21 AR Stelvio white/black/red, red calipers since mid April and NEVER have I had so many compliments for a machine as this. Had a woman BMW suv driver give me a shoutout across the parking lot. Yeah lots of admirers. ftw. 👍👍

The Tri Coat is probably the best color. The metallic colors really bring out the lines in the car. My Misano blue QV looks great in the sun

@@thewatchtherapist5066 I have the tri-coat as well. Sometimes I wish it were a little bit deeper of a red, a little more like Mazda's Soul Red maybe. Love the Misano blue, especially on a QV! So many of the colors are nice, but I think my top 3 are Rosso Comp, Misano Blue, and Montecarlo Blue.

you can not, the buckets I have are impossible to find these days but i am sure there are alternatives you can find. My set up is about 12 years old its perfect for my process.

Never heard of rear-wheels getting dirtier than the fronts. You might want to get the F/R brake bias checked. Like the wash-mop but feel that you can't get into the tight areas with it causing you to have to use a mitt anyway.

Alfa for sure changed the brake pad compounds and programming of the brake system. actually lots of cars use more rear brake than the front one brand in particular is Acura on their FWD sedans over the years we always saw more wear and tear out back than up front its all in how the systems are designed and biased. the mop is great for simple washes as this video shows but my cars never ever get very dirty and on occasion i would use a mit down low during winter months

Phil for all the effort you have made I’m amazed FCA/Alfa Romeo has not reached out to you personally they should been hooking you up with some press car loaners or something I’m a Lexus/Toyota guy myself by heart but I’m willing to give the Alfa a shot as you know you live once. To be frank if there’s one thing Alfa should do to win more ppl into there brand is to take a page off Lexus’s customer service. But man that Alfa Rosso Red is just stunning it just pops. Definitely persuading the wife to get the Giulia.

yes it cleans tires as well and it is a foaming product and I prefer to spray foam direct without pre rinse so foam sticks to vertical surfaces better and works longer

Hey Phil, nice ride man! The part about where you say your foaming in direct sun light and there’s no worries about water spotting from the soap. Is this really true? I have a bottle of Adam’s Mega foam and Ultra foam and it makes the exact claim on the bottle. And it’s completely BS! Adam’s is mostly BS anyways on there products, but I’m willing to try your foam if this is the case. Sometimes I have no choice to wash in the sun and it can suck! I’m on the hunt for a soap that will do what it claims. Thx

you know the deal the big companies can not do what I am doing because of all their marketing expenses. this video was shot in direct sun 88 degrees 91% humidity hot as HELL and the car has zero wax or protection. Try our new soap i think you will throw that other stuff in the trash.

The Rosso Competizione is better than the Alfa Rosso. Alfa Rosso is too flat and has no dimension. It doesn't bring out the beautiful lines of the car. You definitely need a metallic color on a QV.

You are a fanatic for sure but it hurts me to watch how you hit the rims with the brush when cleaning them...and how you first brush the inner lower part and then the outer.. i would start on the outer side and on top...going towards the bottom and in the end the inner part... Iam looking to buy giulia veloce next year because qv is out of my paygrade for sure and I am so happy to see a man being satisfied when cleaning his car I know that feeling :) and I hope I will feel it soon... with my Auto Fanatic 007 Snow Foam soap you can wash in direct sun that is why its awesome only cheap soaps like most cause problems in the direct sun. We specifically designed our soap for such applications

You should completely rinse the car before you spray any soap, makes a huge difference!

when the car has sap dots all over as this wash showed i like to let my soap do its job twice and the pressure of the foam cannon acts as the pre rinse anyways combined with the soap it makes it easier to contact wash with almost no downward pressure on the paint.
