I started BMX racing this year at 40 years old and your videos have really helped me out. Thank you! I did consider it briefly but knew I couldn’t afford to loose any other positions. Off season I’d love to loose about 10 pounds to have a better power to wait. That in return will be free speed to help with my acceleration.
