I started BMX racing this year at 40 years old and your videos have really helped me out. Watching your vlogs of your racing this season has also been really entertaining and a really good insight into what its like at the sharp end. What's the goal this off season? Any bike changes to aim for faster 1st straights or just practice? Fellow racer looking for off season tips.

Thank you! I did consider it briefly but knew I couldn’t afford to loose any other positions. Off season I’d love to loose about 10 pounds to have a better power to wait. That in return will be free speed to help with my acceleration.
