Welcome, and I am very happy to hear that my videos do assist other adventure like minded souls! :-) If you would like, please share your plans with us (Braam@ExperienceWildAfrica.co.za) as we are a small group of 4 vehicles doing a Botswana Safari from 15 to 23 July 2023. If luck is on our side, we might meet up somewhere for a cold drink or cup of coffee! Cheers

Botswana is a special place. You will enjoy and find the CKGR fascinating. The Delta and surrounding areas is a phenomenal place. Savuti and Chobe, what can I say.... spectacular! Then there still is Hunters Road, Tsodilo hills, Linyanti, Khama Rhino Sanctuary, Lekubu Island and the pans (Makgadigadi & Nxai) ~ Requires a few trips to see and experience all of them! Thank you for watching

What happened to the peace and quiet that you referred to. Clanging of xylophone not conducive.

"You can definitely bring your wife and your children" - as if it was a macho man's prerogative to decide on the matter...
@ExperienceWildAfrica2 жыл бұрын
Hi Pedro, Apologies for replying so late. The decision to bring your wife and children is based on the danger factor of the wild animals in the area, and how wild the African bush is around at the lodge. From a Lodge point of view it is for instance a lot more safe than wild camping just on the same area It was not meant as a macho's man decision on behalf of his wife and children. My view is - and I have been criticized for this in the past - I have been exposing my wife and children to the African bush since my children have been very young. Doing so responsibly is a major factor. Thank you for your comment Cheers
