Loved watching you taking all these liter bikes on a monster!

Your an amazing rider to be able to pass all those big bikes so casually and still be able to do a pretty detailed commentary. My new Monster plus is coming in July and you above all other you tube reviewers have given me the best feel for the bike and what to expect.

Great review, I can't wait to see a head to head with the MT-09 and Street triple RS.

Great video! No mention if you think she needs a steering damper? Also were you pretty happy with the suspension set up? Would you recommend dropping in a set of fully adjustable sets in her? I look forward to your thoughts? Cheers.

@@CaliMotoTV Thank you. I have one of these on order and am quite interested if she needs the up grades? Ill just have to wait and see? I am guessing "straight out of the box" she is pretty good....no?

Have you riden the KTM Duke 890R & the Triumph Street Triple 765 RS ? How does the new Monster compare to the rivals ?

Very impressive Bro. You are absolutely and 💯 right. It's not about the bike is the rider. 👏👍👍. Imaging you are using stocked Ducati Monster only 😅🤣😂

That's definitely a stock stock stock Ducati from Ducati 😅

You made that bike look quick given the suspension or lack of adjustment more precisely. I almost want to buy with the 800mm seat option. This bike obviously goes fast enough in the right hands or not.

Smaller engine size, makes you a better rider! Some people just don't get that... I love it passing 200hp machines on my V2, awesome :P

Ok man, it might just be me, but it seems you had a lot of negative views on the bike while riding, then once off the bike in your summary you praised it. Which one is it, good-bad-fugly? I'm asking as a 40+ year old looking to switch from full fairing bikes that are way too aggressive these days for general ownership. I have a deposit on both this new Monster and the new Supersport 950S at my local dealer. Every 5 minutes I tell myself I want one over the other.... Looking forward your your thoughts......

Beginner here, why is the headlight covered?
@CaliMotoTV3 ай бұрын
Most tracks require it because if you crash it helps keep all the pieces together.

Coming off the old Monster 821, replaced it with Streetfighter V4 have to say it’s got too much power for the road not that you can’t enjoy it but you only need half the power hoping Streetfighter V2 was on the table but this Monster I have not tried yet.

You're the fasted guy out there by a wide margin. Is 115hp enough? Obviously. You belong in the A group. Kind of a sketchy pass at 4:10, no?

.... be mindful of the "rpm" on the downshifts too... (just a tip!)

Seems to be that the Monster 950 has a problem with scratching the foot pegs when leaning in corners 😟... but it's definitely a really nice bike with enough power 🥰

Good video. Definitely in the wrong group though.

@@CaliMotoTV I can understand that but clearly you were in a different league than those in that group. You can see it in the riding positions, pace, and the amount of big biking that was going on. As long as you can safely get by then I guess no harm. I couldn’t do it. It leads to frustration and not having a good time. Just my experience. Ymmv.

@@CaliMotoTV it was light traffic for sure which was good. They were oddly slow. Every track day is run different. That’s definitely not a B group around here.

the 950 + needs > : 1 ohlins adjustable forks and rear shock. 2. ohlins steering damper. 3. full system decat. 4. Adjustable mirrors. 4. Power commander. 5. BST carbon rims.

Black flag is personal flag. One rider gets black flagged and then needs to get off the track immediately. Red flag means session cancelled. Everyone needs to pit. Is it different there ?
