Nice review. Thanks. I bought an Outer Banks on Monday of this week, Area 51 with a navy pier interior. Love it! It's a great car. Looks great. Fun to drive and has a good pick up. All of the features are awesome. Ford did well.

Just get a regular Bronco with a 2,3V Eco V6. I am glad that Ford is not excluding the 6 banger. Kudos to Ford!

The regular bronco is a whole different size and price of a vehicle though. (From what I understand). I did a quick build and it was like a $10k difference. It’s like the difference from an old Jeep Liberty to a Wrangler unlimited. Or, an escape to an explorer...

I owned a 2001 Ford Escape and thinking the same thing the other day. I was disappointed over the years the Escape looks did not go more rugged or off road like.

I think the 1.5L turbo is a bit small for this size car. I would go with the 2.0L turbo personally.

We just test drove the 1.5 and I was thinking the same. I was impressed it has a ton of low-end torque and the 0 to 60 was very impressive. I am still torn on getting a 1.5 now or waiting to order a 2.0.

Just got my Outer Banks. I was surprised that the tires are standard "street" tires. Michelin Primacy A/S All Season. There is no option to get any kind of off-road tire. I don't want to climb rocks, but in Nevada, would definitely like to feel comfortable on a dirt road. What do you think?

It was marketed as getting you to the adventure. So I think that might be why the tires are only offered in standard. If you wanted a true "off road" then the bigger Bronco would have been more for you.

My wife is waiting on her Outer Banks for delivery in early April. Since it had the moonroof, your ride must have also had the Bang and Olufsen sound system. Would have been interesting to hear from you on what you thought of that! Hers was ordered with the Kodiak Brown exterior which must have been what yours was (you detected a “root beer” tint). Looks sharp! Thanks for the spoiler! Great job!

Depends on what you need it for. Bronco is better suited for off road / camping / adventure, Mazda cx-30 is a better comfy daily driver. I also have a cx-30 review on my channel!

The full size bronco coming in the summer will have that feature, as well as removable doors. This is the smaller bronco sport.

Right, its 8 inches shorter than escape which is what i have now. I test drove the Bronco Sport today, and it feels a little smaller om the inside.

These are great looking vehicles, but the paltry tow capacity, even with the 2.0 makes this a non starter. Ford dropped the ball there.
