I dont get all the weird criticism for these. Almost every negative comment I've read seems to come from someone who simply isn't part of the intended market for these. The Sport is not the vehicle to compete with the wrangler, thats for the full-size Bronco . When put up against the CR-V, Rav4, Traverse etc....I think it looks like a decent package. Im a wrangler guy, the full-size bronco intrigues me this isn't my kind of vehicle but for a small family that isn't really into cars or 4x4s but goes camping a couple times a year or into outdoors recreationaly and wants something kinda cool and a bit more rugged I think it looks like a great package.

@theinstitute13243 жыл бұрын
While I agree that Doug gets really facetious or gives really dumb pointless euivocations to the vehicle he rates speed isn't as big a deal as you'd think to car enthusiasts. Many have their tastes and petrolheads absolutely adore speed but raw visceral acceleration is only half the dance as the rest of the car. It's the same reason why many aren't very big fans of the Veyron. It's a fast and visceral but elegant machine and a bit of a marvel of brutal technology at it's core, but it handles about how it looks it does and it has very little else notable about it aside from it's luxury speed and capability - it legit has a wider turning radius than a *Hummer*. I myself would rather have a Miata and as a fan of engineering a like a good amount of mechanical construction and proficiency to them. Simple but well constructed cars are definitely good ones, like the Ferrari F40. I also adore cars that can handle and spritely light ones too. Speed gets you a lot of points, but it doesn't get you points when you can't round a corner as well as a large SUV. It's the driving experience that matters.

The 3 cylinder turbocharge does have enough power but it does make a funny sound at lower speeds. My wish is that tailgate had a two finger handle near latch buttons, cupholder LEDs remain lit (only displays when you turn on vehicle. No USB outlet in rear seat.
