2021 Honda Ridgeline Well Visors Install

Just installed these on my 2021 Ridgeline yesterday. They're extremely well made and look great! Super easy 30-minute install even with the clips.

Yes, I have had my visors on a little over a year and so far still look good and have held on fine. This includes me going through auto car washes. I’m glad to hear your liking yours. 👍

Looks good. I had purchased the weathertech as well initially and had to return them because I had the same problem as you. I ended up getting the factory ones which are very similar to the ones you installed in the video.

From my experience, the in-channel visors tend to catch on the window glass. Newer vehicles have a very tight fit with little room for the visors. If you have window tint, it might peel back at the top of the glass.

So far still on, only thing is slight fading. If it gets bad I’ll just get new ones but will definitely get the same ones.

The plastic push pins will rattle if you don't use the window weather strip inserts so I just put self-adhesive small black rubber buttons over the holes.

Hello, well I’ve had mine on since I posted this video, so about 5 months and no issues of any kind. Could be luck but will see how much longer they will last. I can say that so far no fading no peeling and the black chrome still shines as new. 👍

I have this style visors on my 2004 Silverado. A couple corners did get un-stuck (my fault). I put a dab of silicone caulk between the visors and foam tape. FIXED 😊

Nice video but the window clip installation you demonstrated is incorrect. Only the very front clip on the front windows slip under the gasket from the outside of the fixed part of the window. For the remaining clips, you first open the door, then pull back the weatherstripping gasket on the door frame. Insert the clip, then replace the weatherstripping. You will end up with a substantially stronger connection by using the clips and adhesive instead of just the adhesive.
