In Australia the postie bike is surrounded by a special halo, it falls into that extra impressive category of “the bike that should not capable of doing that, but it does anyway”. It’s like the honey badger of motorbikes. Posties take them off urban jumps and beat on them daily with a load of mail strapped on the back, then after running up anywhere between 30-50,000 kms, they go to auction and some yobbo nutcase gets it, puts on some skinny knobby tyres and rides it to the arse end of Australia and back. Slowly. Can’t wait to put one in the carport with a milk crate on that rack.

The money honda asking for this moped is insane.

It’s far from a moped. Try one and find out

I cant tell if this bike is just for looks or if it can actually be used off road. That snorkel and high exhausts seem like a interesting detail.

Judging from the jumps he was doing in the video, as long as you don't do anything to crazy, I'm sure it will work well for about 80% of what normal people would be trying to do.

Holy shit they're finally bringing it back, finally the perfect backpacking bike. Too bad it'll be 20 years before this is actually usable for what it is. No fuckin way I will ever spend anything over 1.5k on this. But good to see Honda bringing this back to the states. About time.

Fab little bike, a chance for the rest of us to get our hands on some Aussie postie-bike action. I hope these make it to the UK, though we seem to miss out on a lot of the more interesting, small models here

Really too bad they didn't add the "Hi/Lo" transfer case for this new CT 125.

I really want a bike LIKE this, with a top speed around 70-75mph. 125cc just limits it too much for where I live.

@Rod Rebman CBR300 swapped Grom, was fine. Just had to pay close attention for potholes. With 17 inch wheels that wouldn't be sketchy at all on the Trail.

My wife has a "big ole rack". I had a Honda back in the 1970's but it was 90cc. Great bike.

Great review on such a cool little bike 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Love the TW200 as well but sadly we don’t get them here in Australia and as the little Honda well you can double your quoted price here.

ABS plenty in the front, no over the bars panic brake as this is an excellent beginner bike

I’ve been riding my whole life. Sold my bike 5 years ago. Idk but I want this bike so bad for some reason. I know it doesn’t have the power or off-road ability I would like. I just think it’s so neat

I had so many honda 70s CT125 back in the late 90s and early 00s. I could pick them up at swap meets or car shows for a few hundred bucks and ride them around the rest of the show or meet

Thank you! Brings back memories of the 80s in cottage-land, riding my CT70 and seeing plenty of CT110s. Perfect bikes for the purpose. And yes, I still have that CT70. My other bike Yamaha TW200. Mini "Cub" Trail, Cub Trails, Trail Sport and the Yamaha Trail Way. There is something about "Trail" in there that seems to work for me. :D
