2021 Kia Seltos EX: Is The Seltos Worth Buying?

Just bought one of these. First nice car ive ever owned; up til now ive driven beaters and hand me downs. So far, im impressed with it. Its fun to drive, especially in sport mode, handles wonderfully and is super comfy. Our streets arent the best; half of em look like a bomb range. But the seltos soaks up bumps really nicely, and i live having AWD. My adhd gets triggered by all the buttons and gizmos (my last vehicle was a 2002 dodge dakota) and im still figuring out all the techy stuff in it. But im very proud of it, and, for the first time since i was 17, i actually enjoy driving.

I too bought an s trim seltos, had multiple older vehicles till April 24, had an 03 Dakota last and am getting the car set as I like... pretty great I'm thoroughly impressed by kia

@@user-tv5gd9vr7w I did! I actually ended up getting the 2024 Seltos S AWD. I LOVE IT! Please keep in mind that I went from a very broken 2007 Honda Accord which had a ton of engine issues by the time I got this car. I feel very safe in it. It drives nice and smooth, and it doesn't give me anxiety like my old car did. Lol. It was between the Seltos and the Mazda CX-5 for me, but the price on the Kia was just a couple thousand better.

Keep in mind I was upgrading from a 2007 Honda Accord that had started to have some major engine issues. I feel very safe in the Seltos! It rides nice and smooth. And it doesn't give me anxiety like my old car did. Haha. I went with new vs used mostly because of the interest rate. It was between this and the Mazda CX-5. Came down to cost, honestly. I can't speak it how it holds up in an accident, thank goodness, but I do feel like it's structurally sound. 💙
