The Lexus RC 350 Coupe is definitely my preference! The platform is better and the Coupe is more distinctive and this one is quite sophisticated. Traditionally, Coupes are a "specialty" vehicle and hold a higher percentage of resale value than a Sedan model. The distinctive styling of the RC 350 Coupe wins out! Kudos to Lexus for offering some fabulous colors (exterior and interior) on the RC 350 Coupe model.

Just so you guys know, I've done a lot of research and the RC350 F-sport rwd only gets a limited slip differential if you added it as an option. Its been like that since 2016. The IS350 F-sport rwd has had it standard since 2018. Currently car shopping and I would say if you like to get sideways every now and then, go with the is350. Unless of course you can find a rc350 f sport that someone optioned out.

I bought a 2015 RC 350 F sport in Oct 2018, certified with 30k on it. Love the car. It's truly a great grand touring car. I like the new IS design as well. I understand an IS 500 will be available next year and that may induce me to trade my RC for it. We'll have to see.

The video would be a bit better if you compared a fully loaded IS 350 with the fully loaded RC 350. The price difference is not that large when they are equivalent vehicles. Overall I like the review style!

GS 350 was most practical of the 3 - RIP. Great point-by-point comparison. IMHO, the IS fails with infotaiment design - looks tacked-on after-market, while the RC's is integrated in a smooth-flowing design. Once you set your infotainment up, IMHO again, not having a touch screen is not a problem. General issues are handled easily with the touch-pad; your co-pilot can handle complex tasks or you can just pull over.

This is a great video, but also a coincidence. I live in California, but was at this very Lexus dealer a week ago and must have been there about the time you did the video. My Lexus RC 200t broke down and was hit and demolished while parked on the side of I-80. My car is now sitting across the street at the Larry H Miller collision center. Lol. I leased a brand new RC 350 F Sport Black Line Edition and I love it.

14.4 for the new IS. It is slower than the outgoing car that is rated for 14.0 and the 2006 + ones were 13.6 or so. They keep getting slower. But all are still faster than the RC 350.
