You can change the colour of your car's seat belts to original Porsche-supplied silver, blue, yellow or red at very little cost....cheaper than swapping your car! (OK, the seat stitching is a little more difficult...)

The 991.2 is a proper tune and an exhaust away from being as quick as a 992 (even with the same mods). There's a lot left on the table with that package. A guy on another channel just went 9.78@139.5 with just that at full weight.

Some would argue the turbo s powertrain was detuned from a gt2rs. I was hesitating to get mine tuned, it's already the fastest on the street, and tuning it would lose resale value.

@@Mark-rt6fy That's a choice for sure. A JB4 harness can be installed and removed with no sign it was ever there, however. But for me, I intend to have my car for life now and do updates to it that please me. Everyone has a different plan.

@@SteveC-Shaman True that. However I doubt how far those piggyback solutions go without a turbo and intercooler upgrade. If I go for a tune I'd be shooting for 700 at the crank at least.

@@Mark-rt6fy You can get at least another 100hp out of the JB4 and likely more. It's a good, inexpensive solution and you can tune it custom to achieve your goals. Comes with 100 octane tunes etc. by default that actually work. COBB, on the other hand, will turn your car slower with their off the shelf tune - if you buy COBB you need to tune the car custom or you're just lighting your money on fire.

Predictable. Porsche isn’t going to update a particular model and make it slower, never has and never will. That being said, let’s see some shifting, turning, breaking. All the PDK drag racing is boring AF!! Something like a 997.2 GT3RS 4.0 vs the posh PDK panamara coupe stuff. Real driving. (Anyone can use launch control with PDK in a 992 turbo S and beat anything on the planet, but that’s not driving thats douching, like the lambo guys doing their “runs” and cars and coffee and revving all over town and why I never see them at the actual track).

A few hundred bucks isn’t all that much to enjoy what the car is meant to do. Certainly a lot more affordable than the $3-5k to run a formula 3 or formula 4 car for the day (includes full support, tires and fuel) that our team does. Seriously, your only enjoying a fraction of the car if you are not tracking it. Willow springs, AAA speedway Roval, Spring mountain, chuckwalla, Burton willow, etc. there are plenty of choices out there. Sometimes you can find someone who can coach you to maximize the car on that specific track, car set up, data analysis, etc. Be careful tho, it’s extremely fun and quit addictive and and then rabbit hole is very deep and before you know it you start getting bored of street cars and start looking at a Radical SR3, Wolf Thunder, Ligier etc. and you become amazed at how a car with only 200-300 hp can absolutely obliterate a 500-700hp “supercar”. 👍

580hp to 650hp, In the end the higher Hp car will always win especially in th longer runs..I have Turbo Porsche but older worked w/a horrible 6spd(yeah I know but New York?)..Has same Hp as New Turbo S But the new car is far superior, So I know would smoke me Intill the very top end & then still would be close, that brand new Turbo S goes Low 10s 1/4ml, think abt that from a stock Porsche, 10.1 so mild work & new Porsche Turbo S could run NHRA Super Gas(9.90 index), ridiculous🎸🎸🎸
