How do you remove ANC pins? Do they simply come out if pulled on? Do I need special tool?

I put the power bass coaxial 6x9 in the rear door of my 2020 with alpine and they blow the factory back door speakers out the water in bass and highs. And with 3 infinity reference 3.5 speakers in the dash the truck sounds great. I was so impressed with the power bass in the rear door I’m really considering put these you have in my front doors.

I just put the REF697’s in the front doors of my ‘23 Ram with the 8.4” screen base system due to a blown driver door factory speaker and I’m taking them back out. They’re just too high and crisp and the bass is all but gone. I’m either looking at these Powerbass OE-690D’s or going back to the factory speaker. I’ve spent days researching and I’m about to give up.

Such a good video. How have the powerbass 69’s been for you? Did you hear more bass out of them compared to stock? They seem like a perfect replacement based on the low pass from the amp but the stock does a pretty decent job. I have skar tx35s in my dash. Just put the Kicker 46CSC6934 6x9s in my rear doors. I lost some bass and they sounded too bright at first but I realized I could now crank the bass eq without losing clarity so it ended up being a net gain in low end capability. I have a pair of KICKER 46CSC354 on the way to throw in the dash and see which one I prefer in there for good, the other pair will end up in the back rear upholstery. Need more base but I am not throwing an amp or subs in this truck no sir 😂

Did you have issues putting the speakers in? I got the same ones you did for my 21 big horn and they’re super tight / wont fit. Could you post a picture on your socials how to wire a single speaker in series?

I have the 2019 Ram with the basic 6 speakers. I’m going to run a amp to the speakers. Do you recommend doing the infinity 3 1/2’s the PB in the front and rear doors also?

I replace the 3 dash speaker. What do you recommend after your experience now? 4 power bass or 4 infinity reference, or the setup that you install 🤔

I'm on the fence. The infinity 6x9's have a lot of treble in the rear. I lost my front sound stage and had to readjust the fade and balance to get it back. If I did it over, i might consider doing power bass in all doors. The infinitys are nice but maybe not for my tastes. The front infinitys are great. Not sure I will replace the center channel as it doesn't really do much.

@@jimmboogooo6002 I replaced the 3 dash 3 inch speakers with infinity speakers (4ohm) And I replace the rear door 6x9s with power boost 6x9s (2ohm) ANC is working just fine.

Just the front because of the dash speaker setup. The infinitys have a lot of trebel. Too much for my tastes. I wish I had of done powerbass in all doors now.
