Very nice 👍 I had a. 2003 Yamaha Rhino that I sold in 2020. Ridden daily, 7 days a week. Never had to change a belt. Yamaha is quality 🏆🏆🤗

I have my plow rigged the same way for the exact same reasons. I can't imagine doing your driveway by hand. You will really enjoy the plow. So will your back. Nice setup.

Just a suggestion based on my experience running larger mud tires, as well as smaller all terrain tires. Some like the 27" mud tires on 14" wheels. However, I would highly recommend 25-26" all terrain tires, such as the Bear Claw, Terracross or something similar, and mounted on 12" wheels. The atv might not be as good in the mud, but it will do much better in practically all other riding conditions, the handling and power will feel much more responsive too. Also, if you're going to be plowing, invest in some studded or v-bar tire chains. No more spinning tires like crazy, traction is a night & day difference with the chains.

Rodger. I’m not a mud guy so when the Zillas need replacement I may put on Bighorns. I have been plowing quite a bit so far this year including the massive storm we just went thru over the past few days. No problem for the Zillas pushing a foot of heavy wet snow as long as momentum is kept up. I have a CB paved driveway so I would not put studs or chains on. Thanx for the comments 👍🏻
@markalan4026 Жыл бұрын
@@My17A Yes, that is completely understandable, and only seems logical if one is concerned with potentially damaging their driveway. I'm just so excited to share my tire chains secret with everyone possible ha.. Sure, the Grizzly will push snow either way, but the difference is remarkable imo.

Just wanted to say I’ve watched a lot of your videos and enjoy them. I read a comment on one of your older videos where you said you weren’t going to add any performance dis-enhancing things like exhausts and fuel tuners etc. I remember you said you had an EHS tuner and 2r exhaust tip on your 2014 Grizzly, did you have a bad experience with those things when you had them on your 2014 the reason you wouldn’t do it again? I have a 2019 Kodiak 700 and the only mods I’ve done are an EHS UNI air box mod for dust protection and an AIS delete. My machine runs great like it is and I’m not looking for more power, just curious on your experience and why you kinda changed your mind on the EHS tuner you had on your first Grizzly? Looking forward to more videos from your channel!
@My17A2 жыл бұрын
Thanx for the comments and watching. I'm glad you like my video's. I did install an EHS Tuner and 2R Racing tip to my 2014 but took them both off after only a couple of rides. I found the tip a bit to loud and that's not my thing. Nothing wrong at all with the EHS Tuner. It worked like it was supposed to, but it did effect fuel mileage, not a huge amount, but probably took 20 kms off my range. In the end, I took it off and kept it completely stock. I just prefer it that way and will keep my new machine completely stock as well. Thanx again for the comments.
@Palomino4882 жыл бұрын
@@My17A Thanks for the reply. I don’t blame you for taking that stuff off. I’m not a fan of really loud exhausts either. Regarding the fuel tuner, that was what I always wondered about was it going reduce the fuel mileage/range as you mentioned. I’d rather keep my awesome fuel mileage/range like you said. Thanks for the honest feedback!

Do you find those tires to aggressive for plowing? Do they slip a lot when you are pushing snow and the lugs are so big? Looking at a '22 grizzly that come with the Zilla tires and worried I won't be able to push the snow on a long run driveway. I appreciate your input.
@My17A Жыл бұрын
I was concerned about the same thing when I bought the plow last fall. I have a large driveway and push a lot of snow. I found out, and was pleasantly surprised how much snow I could move, even heavy wet snow. There was a couple of times the snow built up in front where the Grizzly began to struggle a bit but never stopped. In those situations, I raised the blade a few inches and came back and did a 2nd pass. Angling the blade in heavy deep wet snow makes a difference as well. The Zillas work great. I wouldn't be concerned. You will be able to move lots of snow. Make sure you pump up your front tires to about 15 PSI and adjust your shocks to the Maximum stiffness, cause when you raise the blade it really puts a lot of weight on the front end. Take your A-arm guards off also so the snow doesn't build up in there and freeze.

Is the plow mount/bracket made by warn as well? Currently looking to buy something for my grizzly too.
@My17A2 жыл бұрын
Yes it is. The complete system I have is made by Warn, the Plow, Mount, Steel pully and all hardware. Thanx for watching. It wasn't cheap. Out the door I paid just over $1600.00 Cad!

Really glad to see a fellow atv rider that takes pride in taking care of his equipment. I am the same way, like to keep them looking new. I have a climate controlled shop with an automotive lift that I can use for the atv's maintenance also, makes it so much easier and enjoyable.
@My17A2 жыл бұрын
Thank you 👍. Yes I do like to look after my machine. I don’t abuse it on the trails either. Makes me cringe when I see videos of people burying their quads up to the racks. That is a nice setup you have in your garage. I have a manual lift to raise mine for maintenance.
@jdouglas21092 жыл бұрын
@@My17A Yes I definitely agree with the cringe worthy stuff I see people do with these machines. You drop that much cash and then try to find the deepest mudhole possible, I'll never understand. I try to avoid the mud if possible, makes clean up much easier and the machines will last much longer. I've never bought a used 4x4 atv for that reason.

Pro vantage is the best Been running the front mount for 4 years Love it
@chozen_13092 жыл бұрын
@@jayonez137 was skeptical if it would work with my 2500 pro vantage-s winch but after more research it definitely sounds like it can be done. I’m looking at the all in one warn setup as I just need the plow for some light plowing. Nothing huge but too big want to shovel. Have read mixed reviews on the all in one though so I’m on the fence but the price point is more I’m my current budget as well .
@jayonez1372 жыл бұрын
@@chozen_1309 It does. I too, have the 2500 lb winch. Non issues. But you must get the upgraded pulley that relocates. It increases your pull weight. Less abuse on your winch Only downside is the plow will move a little slower with the controls. Which is fine for me. Again it’s less abuse

Curious, do you have the steel pulley in the same place as mine?
@reddfoxx28612 жыл бұрын
I did away with the pulley before it gave me problems. Now the rope is a straight shot to the blade. Never could get the pitch right on the blade with the zillas.

@@reddfoxx2861 Ok, so where is the hook attached to the blade?

Put the bolt back thru the pulley hole then attach the hook to the bolt. The hook fits nice and snug. You don't have to worry about it coming off.

Thanx. Right now because of the plow I have my tires PSI at 12, normally for trail rides I have them at 6 PSI. Not sure why it's a firmer ride than other machines I've had, but someone said it is because of the 14" rims.
