fitting flares to 4th gen ford ranger 2022 onward
wheels on orange wildtrak 20x9 10p w 285.50R20
wheels on white xlt sport 20x9 0p
make sure your panels and gaurd liners are clean before starting the job
tools needed:
you
T25 torx
10mm socket
phillips screw driver
clip removal tool
craft/stanley knife

The XLT front looks way better than the Wildtrak. Ford bungled this new ranger design, especially on the Wildtrak.

Removed the old/existing sensor and housing from factory flare then hole sawed the correct size hole and glued housing too new flare

How should the parts hold if they are only screwed below? They are only on the outside of the fender at the top, and are not glued there, as with other manufacturers. What happens at 100 km/h on the highway?

They won't come off even at top speed of these rangers they are pushed onto the fender then the screws hold them. Very firm and flush fitting. I don't know about other brands though

Looks way better with the flares... with the white XLT WITH 0 OFFSET what size tyres you running? did you have to trim the inner guards at full lock ? Did it scrub at all?

havent shown the sensors on the front were are they ?

You can purchase wildtrak flares which have brackets/retainers for the front sensors. if you only can only get the XL or XLT flares without sensor retainers you can use the retainer off the original flare by carefully cutting it off and drilling the correct size hole in the flare. The flare also needs a slight bit of trimming to make it fit the wildtrak bumper correctly as they are slightly different. I could show how this is done in another video. Thanks.

What happens when you have a arb bullbar fitted. The front short part of the flare is what I'm taking about ?

I haven't done one but I'm guessing you just need to cut down the front flare to the correct length and possibly use additional screws to secure the flare
