Not a lot of floor space if you have dogs. 36K seems a lot for a small trailer.

You're paying for the ability to break it down as a low profile towable. This can easily go into a garage or be hidden behind a fence when an HOA is a concern. So essentially you're paying for the initial engineering and the hand work to fit it all together. Smaller dogs I don't see an issue with this out of space...but that's only my one opinion.

How heavy are the panels that you have to push up or pull down?

I was never told a physical weight per the sales rep as they are strut assisted on both ends. The sales rep was a man in his 60s and around 5ft 7in and popped them up and down very quickly during the demo.

They can definitely seem that way. The value is in their ability to store with such a low profile. Put them in a garage, behind an HOA fence, etc. The towability for smaller suv or even vans is also a benefit.

I love this model, but wouldn't even consider it, unless I could have a freezer in the fridge. A cooler/fridge just wouldn't do it for me.

When it comes to appliances you can see a variance if availability become an issue during production. Their standard option is to include a two way freezer/fridge.

Had one, glad to be rid of it. Cabinets rattled apart, screws in door hinge all came loose, refrigerator lock broke, brake control module stopped working, leaked in the rain, AC couldn't keep up on a 80° day if the sun was out. This was just it's first 300 mile weekend trip regular highway driving. Tongue weight was 60lbs over what salesman claimed. Just a poorly built overpriced POS.

Well, if anything that is very transparent of you. I've seen a few sell but haven't heard of anything beyond minor adjustment to the units. That said, every experience can be different. Sorry yours was such a negative one.

@@DapperRV on the positive side, I used it 1.5 yrs and sold it for what I paid. For some reason people like a lightweight pop-up.

@@Gonebad You're absolutely correct there. For those seeking this type of camper they're almost seeking only this type of camper. They don't manufacture as many of this type as a traditional travel trailer forcing the price up. Plus the engineering it takes to design one.

On that Aliner that long ago when it was posted? I didn't have as much as I do today BUT I was getting after it either way to make the video. Give me another year under my belt and I'll be beyond prepped for all our lot floorplans.

That is why there are SO many different variations of a travel trailer out there. Everyone has their own needs, wants, and likes when seeing one. This costs more because it folds down lower than the height of most tow vehicles. That engineering to remain water tight is amazing.
