Picked up one of these in March and I was able to have the touchscreen. I know they've been cutting options but mine must have beat the cutoff date because it has touchscreen but no wireless charging or passenger lumbar control. Car is absolutely amazing!! Great gas mileage and the ability to break 4 seconds zero to 60? This car is beast!

How has the car been after 4 months? My 2014 lexus is350 was totaled and looking at possibly getting this beamer. Really loving the design of it and the engine is a beast, just wondering if there's any issues I gotta look out for. Appreciate it!

@@Jeremy_alfa Zero issues. I did change out the tires as the run flats were super hard and replaced them with high performance non run flats. Made a big difference in ride comfort, cornering, and traction. If the car has flaws, I haven't found any yet.

Beautiful color. I have a 21’ and it’s all blacked out with the package. Looks slick but I appreciate the beautiful bmw colors. There’s a touch screen in mine.

The one comment not mentioned is the lack of xdrive. That makes a huge difference no matter what conditions exist. Especially in the rain. I have the 2022 340i xdrive and the only delete i had was the passenger lumbar. I have the heads up display and touch screen also. This car is nasty for the $$$$$

When the Exhaust Valve is OPEN (in Sports mode)..... while the car is still on, go into the Fuse Box in the Boot (aka Trunk for the USA guys) and pull out the 7.5a Fuse from the very left hand side column (it's just above two 5a Fuses).... then your Exhaust Valve stays open full time 😉 your welcome 😁 Cheers Don, Perth W.Australia 2020 M340i (Dons Shed and Xplor Overland)

I see 155mph top speed for the 2023 M340i xdrive. Where are you that it's only 130mph? Also, no touch screen is a deal breaker but they are available in the 2023 so that must have been an issue for 2022 due to supply issues. iDrive 8 is in the 2023 but I hear 7 is better. I'm hoping to get delivery by October on the one I just ordered. Great review BTW! You know your specs better than any other reviewer.

The top speed is determined by what tires are optioned onto it. The all season run flats have a speed limiter at 130. It cuts fuel at 133

I am curious. This car has 382 hp and the 2022 Audi S4 has 349hp but both have similar time from 0-60 at ~4.4 sec? Both cars weigh similar I think.

If you noticed Ric, all competition vehicles are within a few tenths of a second, close quarter miles and top speed. The big difference is the quietness, interior luxury and dynamics on corners.

M340i is faster than S4. It's been tested on numerous motor channels. S4 has better tech and comfort though. Same price tough choice at this segment.

If you know about bmw,they Always State a lower BHP,add about 30 bhp more,you can see a head to head lune up of a m340i,merc c43 and a audi S4.the bmw smashes them both out of the water,0-60 and a rolling race from 50 mph,3.8 to 4.0 is zero to 60.

As an Audi enthusiasts!! BmW always underrates there 0-60 time.. it's faster than 4.4 and I'm thinking about buying one

The B58 is famously making well over 382. BMW underrated the hell out of it. It's also faster to 60 than 4.4 by quite a bit. And I've gotten 37mpg on a road trip in mine. Pretty amazing.

Yeah, that car owner got gypped... I just got one nearly exact spec 2022 same color but have touchscreen, gesture control, HUD, and the Motorsport Engineering Pkg. The touchscreen is a huge improvement over the knob, especially with Apple Carplay.

Ground clearance is the same as a standard 3 series.

Thats not correct the std 3 is 166 mm or around 6.5 inches and the m340i is 130 mm or around 5.1 inches

No this is due to the tires, change them to sports tires and it goes 155. Always check your tires first before going too fast they can pop 👍
