Got me in the feels crossing the finish line with the family. I’ve signed up for this one this year, any tips you could give? I’ve run Sirius cove to manly and back a few times but looks like mainly road and road shoes would be the likely option? Cheers

Thanks @Midlifesports... This was a very special finish line and the only one I have done with my kids so was very emotional. I wore road shoes and would recommend them... but don't underestimate the amount of trail there is on this course. I was surprised at just how much trail there was, and the stairs and beach crossings. It was a lot tougher course than I had been expecting from the parts of the course I knew. But it is an amazing race and gave me a whole new appreciation for my home city.
