I feel your bro! I was army and dealing with administrative stuff in the military is frustrating as hell and it’s a complete maze! When I PCSed from JBLM to Hawaii it was insane due too me being married (OCONUS makes it hard to bring spouses), preparing my cars, dogs, house hold goods, finances, and out processing! It was so difficult I have no clue to this day how I even managed the damn thing! Also on top of that when we arrived to our new Duty station it was like playing musical hotels everyday with all our shit, in processing, receiving our cars, household goods, finding a job for my wife, and on top of that I was deploying immediately after I in processed! It’s a headache man I feel your pain but just know it gets a lot better after the whole process!

Get an intake first it sounds sick then definitely get an exhaust. At least it doesn’t have an HDMI tip I had to get rid of that asap.

@@andreybrovkin1294 I dont see why not, its the same engine minus the vtec on the exhaust side. The routing of the piping may change the sound a little, especially if they use two small mufflers instead of one giant muffler.

A car shop should be able to help you with the hang of the exhaust. I had that issue with invidia n1 on my 19 BRZ and 2020 wrx, a good shop can correct the figment or hang with not much effort

@@ridingmtb826 Right on! You're gonna dig the GR86! I have a hitch mounted rack from my van, but nobody has a trailer hitch developed for the new model. A first gen hitch may work, but I haven't looked into it yet. For now my bike actually fits inside the car. Just gotta take both wheels off.

Wow that actually sounds great!! I was actually expecting for it to sound raspy, insanely loud and cheap sounding. It's all the opposite of that!! I had a 2018 wrx and i put an aftermarket catback on the car and it sounded like complete shit lol. It was definitely louder but the quality of sound fucking sucked. So i put the stock exhaust back on after 1 week lol. and left it stock until i returned it since it was a lease.

It is your car after all so nobody should knock you for it. But the beauty of these cars was always in the customizability. Especially when mods start bringing out more personality in the car. We just gotta wait for more companies to start making exhausts, I'm a little interested in seeing what ARK may do if they choose to do anything - they are focused pretty hard right now on the Supras though.

The Spec L is very similar for the Type R in that it is not that loud but it has a very pleasant tone. This one looks awesome

gen 1 headers fit gen 2 its also a weight reduction of 10 lbs you get gains in tq and hp from about 3500-6000rpms im interested to see if the aftermarket can improve the design

My favorite exhaust setup on my BRZ was the Nameless Axelback 3" with 5" mufflers paired to catless JDL UEL headers. Best exhaust tone ever imo. Might have a few videos on my channel with that setup if you're interested to check it out.

I would use some map gas to heat up the hanger on the exhaust canister cherry red, then, with a lump hammer lightly tap to increase the bend on the hanger. That will raise the exhaust tip that 1\2" you need.

Maybe its the sound quality of the video but I'm not impressed. I'm buying a 1st gen this weekend and I ran resonated test pipes on my g37 and its not "loud" but you can tell it has an amazing tone and grabs attention. Seems like too much to pay (FOR ME! FOR WHAT I'M AFTER) not to get a noticeable head turn. Again, maybe it's just the sound quality of the video OR maybe the stock form is just so quiet that I can't tell what a huge difference it made. It is making me want it in the exhaust shop INSTANTLY either way haha! Ty for the video bro! I didn't even think the Invidia exhausts sounded loud enough. Haha. Maybe its 4cyl vs V6?

Yeah get some Magnaflows. They have that deep mellow tone that's just right. I have their chrome muffler on my 240sx and it sounds so good.
