Prefer the BAKFlip MX4 tonneau cover with almost full bed access, that foot and a half is a lot to give up for a 5-1/2 foot bed. The bed camera still gives a view out the back over the folded cover.

If you wanted to, you can drill out a hole in those plastic pieces in the front of the bed for the drain tubes. They pop out real easy and then hold it in a vise to drill.

How is your truck holding up? I got an XLT Powerboost about 6 months ago. I love it so far, but some of the issues I’ve read about on forums freak me out!

I have the factory spray liner in my 2020, I don't see any issues, it looks really good. Seems like a lot of little things aren't done as well after 2020. I like those swing out little tool boxes, just don't like how they block the bed lights. Guess it just depends on what is more important to each individual.

It is a trade off, they still illuminate the bed just not as well.

I'm waiting for my '22. I like the swing cases. Since they open nearly 180°, it would be nice if they designed a connection between the two so that you could use them as a tailgate extender of sorts.

Looks great! Personally, I'm not a fan of bed covers as I frequently camp and require the functionality of the entire bed. I've also installed a flip-over bed extender.

Try moving the jack towards the hinge and lock it in with the wrenches or maybe an old towel (that will come in nicely if you ever have to change a tire or cover your fenders when working in the engine bay). I think it would swing easier.

Here’s to hoping my factory spray in liner won’t be a freaking mess up on our truck finally arrives after waiting months for a chip or two. I especially like the corner storage bins you put in and how they don’t interfere with the pro power on board. Have you thought about adding a bed slide to your truck? This is something I am doing. Good job.

I thought about the bed slide but it does take up some precious height space between the bed and the tanneau cover.

@@gregstephens8492 you do lose about 4 inches of height using a bedslide. I discovered this when I talked to Luis at bedslide out in Oregon and this is what he told me. I was originally going to order the retractable cover until I realize just how big the retaining box was and decided to go with the folding hardcover instead from the factory. I’ve been waiting more than two months now for my truck to go from production to built but it may be weeks or months before chips become available for it.

That's one of the best looking Rhino spray jobs I've seen. Hopefully I'll see the same results from the local shop I'm going to. I do like the swing-out storage cases and I'm considering going with just one. I just ordered a J&L catch can for my 2.7 motor. Still undecided on what cover I'll go with later this year. Keep those Mod videos coming!

@@davidalan8138 Nice, I got my first Truck, a 2.7 as well. Have the Gator FX in the cart. Full access, low pro, and hard cover.Juat got it sprayed with a liner and did a universal catch can a few weeks ago but haven't seen anything in it. Have you caught anything in your J & L?

No, they come with a peg that has a key. If you put the peg in, you can't lift them out, and if you use the key and lock the peg, you can't take the peg out. He shows them at 4:18
