Great Video! The wheel well liners took me about 30 min a side on my 2012 F-150. Great addition though. Here are some more accessories to consider: - Storage box for under rear seat (trust me, though large, the Swing Cases only hold so much!). They make these for trucks with and without a subwoofer. - Mudflaps, front and back - Catch Can, as mentioned below, if you are running an Ecoboost - lights for the truck bed (the upper brake light can be woefully inadequate). - tail gate release dampener (if you are not running a truck new enough for a remote tailgate). - Insulating strip for around the rear tailgate. When you run a tonneau cover and tend to hit a lot of dirt roads, you will be amazed at how much dust is sucked into the rear truck bed. Adding a strip of insulation (like you would use on a house door) seals the airspace and closes the leaks between gate and bed. - Tie down hooks that fit into the top of the bed rails in the provided recesses.

A floppy antenna might be annoying but I'd still want one at the factory length. Perhaps somebody makes a stiffer one? The reason you'd want a factory length antenna is that then top is approximate 2 inches above your roof line. When you're in a parking garage with low ceilings, the antenna will hit first before your cab.

Instead of the boxes in the bed I put the flip over bed extender love this thing. Had one on my last 5 F-150's. Also rain gutter moldings was a first in chrome

I tint my windshields 70% with premium top tier tint. It only makes it look slightly darker on the outside, from inside can’t tell the difference at night

I have a 2021 f150 XL It didn’t come with skid plates. I think the FX packages come with the metal skid plates. I have what appears that most trucks come with an EGG carton type material that seems to be sprayed with bed liner. (Splash Guard not skid plate) Fell apart in the snow..Ford does not make a metal exact fit replacement. I bought a metal skid plate from Ford that goes to Raptors. Fits but front brackets don’t line up to frame slots. For $50 more I bought metal rather than EGG carton garbage for $120… so far so good!

@@elliottparrish8338 yes, ford points can only be redeemed at ford dealerships. Use points towards accessories, oil changes ect.. I have the Ford credit card and recieve points when I make everyday purchases

With my truck only a few days out; I ordered several attachments lastnight. Husky was a brand I ordered from (mud gaurds). I might get the well liners now. Also I forgot about the antenna! I have a "highway products" pick-up-pack in my drive way so I won't be needing the swing compartments. One thing I ordered, I've actually never purchased is an AVS hood protector. It adds to the look really well. Check it out. I got the Aeroskin II.

I put that antenna on my truck about a week into having it because it was smacking my garage door on the way into the garage and I was afraid it was going to get caught up on the way out and rip it right off the truck so off it went in the little rubber ducky is on there now I haven’t even tried because I never listen to regular radio anyway.

I worked for the Govt. for 25 years and had to put up with cheap plastic ,breakdowns and horrible rides by Chevy trucks as they had the Govt. contract . My only salvation was at the end of the day ,getting into my Ford F150 and having a smooth quite ride home !!!

Those Husky wheel liners are interesting items, I didn't know they existed so I'll have to check them out. Have you seen the work boxed by a company called Decked? @@GearsGadgets In one their videos a guy loads his dirt bike onto of the boxes so it is possible. However, I ride a RKS and know you have Heritage, both of which are a lot heavier than a dirt bike! So I get where you're coming from with not wanting to take up the space in your truck bed.

How does yalls tint level work? For us in South Texas, 70% is basically nothing but helps with Uv rays, 50% is still pretty light, 35% is tinted but light, 20% is a nice dark enough tint but light enough for the day, 5% is like limo, can’t see in

I just bought a similar truck with the back up tow guidance. Do you know if we can use both the sticker and/or the yaw sensor? I did not get either with the purchase and when I asked the service department at the dealer they were clueless. He literally told me I am the first person to ask him this question. I’m not too sure honestly. Being that the motor has direct and port injection I’m not too sure how much I have to worry about oil build up. Still have some learning to do with this twin turbo setup.

The Swing Away tool boxes are out in the open and easy for someone to break into them in seconds. At $400 for a pair they are more than double the cost of putting in a underseat storage tray in the rear of the cab. Agree with the use of Quiksnap window shades which are a perfect fit.

Swing cases lock to the installed frame and the lids lock as well. Would be 10x easier to break a window and steal contents out of the cab.

A LOT of work lol. I think I just used needle nose pliers to pull the spring back and dropped the nickels a few times. It wasnt without a few cuss words sprinkled in for sure.

@@GearsGadgets no, no problems at all. I just want some Husky’s or some rubber mat that covers the entire floor so when I go to the hunting lodge. Lol it nice to not have to clean floor mats caked in dirt. I like jus pulling out spraying them off and being clean. That’s all, and have found some that say they fit a 2021 F-150 but reviews say other wise lol. Hopefully soon 🤞🏼

My Tonneau cover used spring loaded vertical handles to release it from the bed. Do you know if the swing cases will get in the way of the Tonneau cover handles while closed? Making it more difficult to release and attach? My ford bed extender got in the way of this when folded.
