2022 Fall Tillage John Deere 9RT Manitoba

This video takes a look at a John Deere 9RT 520 HP track tractor pulling a John Deere Model 2410 chisel plow on its first pass.
Heavy clay soils will usually get two passes with the second pass including an application of nitrogen fertilizer.
Thash cover is desirable to reduce wind erosion of the soil during the winter months, provided there is not enough snow cover.
