2022 Force GURKHA bs6 with DIESELTRONIC | Customer review | Racedynamics India

Installed Dieseltronic on my two day old Gurkha last week. Did a trip of 2000 km and used only P1 mode. The improvement in power delivery is really nice. I did not use P1 for mindless speed but whenever I was using AC and/or Ghats. In normal mode I reach 100kmph with engine rpm at 3000 rpm I.e. just at edge of Green zone in tachometer. With P1 I was able to get those speeds at 2700 rpm only. P1 gives a boost at 85kmph mark and engine becomes/sounds smooth till 105kmph. Going to speeds beyond that make engine a little harsh. I never test mileage but I didn't see much change either. Lastly if you believe BHP increase at lower gears will improve with Dieseltronic. I doubt it. Soon I will post a review of P2 usage along with statistics.

Hello. I had posted my review earlier. However, recently I faced an issue. Can you please check in your test vehicle and come back? The battery seems to get drained. One fine morning the vehicle did not start and self kept knocking. Force Technicians came, ran diagnostics tests and figured out the following alerts: 1. High Injector Voltage 2. Faulty ECU 3. High Battery Usage They unplugged Dieseltronic Piggyback. Ran the diagnostics and no alerts came. They jump started the vehicle and we performed OBD Diagnostics while running and driving the vehicle. All parameters came out good and battery is charging now, vehicle is cranking and starting. I would like to talk to some one in RaceDynamics regarding this problem as my unit is now disconnected and not functional.

Just curious. Gurkha uses the same engine and GB (barring 4wd hardware) as the traveller, it makes over 20+bhp and 70NM more in it, Wouldnt it be better if you could get that tune into the Gurkha and then the piggy back ECU could perform even better right?
