I'm sure some people will dig it but satan, flames, skulls, etc have never really done it for me as far as aesthetics go. I still think the low rider st is a big win though. I'm not the biggest fan of red vehicles but that's still a good looking paint job.

Just in case no one has said it and you haven't checked. The 107 is still offered in the base model of all the touring and Electra Glide Standard. Love the color.

For being an "Icon" with that inflated price, they should include the stage one SE since those pipes are horrible. Not a fan of the plastic trim on the tank either. If they made it gloss black or the red color scheme of the bike I think it would look 100 times better.

They can't sell you a stage one out of the gate....EPA prevents them from doing so. Once you take ownership, then you can break the rules and regulations that HD are under.

It’s not a plastic trim on the tank, so it is paintable. I plan on painting mine at some point and powder coating trees and struts, agree though color match and gloss black looks better, but the wrinkle black is pretty easy to maintain

@@briankay3414 they have a compliant “stage 1” but it’s really not worth the price. But I would say they should’ve used a 2-1 like the sport glides to keep the saddlebags the same size

What many people don’t realize is… that it has the stage 2 torque cam in it .. stock..and the heavy breather. I’d skip doing a stage 2.. I’d just jump to stage 3 and get a good exhaust and call it good.. doing a stage 2 is just repeating what has already been done

I dropped off my Rockford fosgate audio system ahead of time so they will have it installed when I pick the bike up. I have not heard about any differences between the FXLRST and the new El Diablo. Nothing but a different color. I can paint my Gun Ship grey and have just as nice a bike. I would love to have seen this bike come out with some upgrades to justify the term "limited edition".

Damn sharp-looking bike, even for someone like myself who's not a huge HD fan. Would have been nice if they'd included maybe a couple of extra high-end tweaks in addition to the paint and stereo, like maybe a full Stage 1 kit, LED lighting all around, and some nice premium red leather (or, hell, even stitching) on that saddle just to make it pop. (Let's be honest... with increasing numbers of riders putting Sena or Cardo systems in their helmets, sound systems aren't the big deal they once were...)

The bars are good for a short rip, sure. But as someone who’s done about 6K miles on this bike and a 750-mile one day trip with the stock bars and a Saddlemen, I will say they are FAR from ideal for anything over an hour. PS Welcome to Wisconsin

In my humble opinion. I would have to disagree with your comment on club style originating out of so-Cal. Most cen-Cal ppl (Modesto heading toward San Fran) would say it started in that area. That being said, that is an amazing paint job. Curious if the Scout rogue could keep up 0-100 vs the 117.

The scout rogue is lighter and makes around 85 hp to the wheel. These factory 117's make around 92hp to the wheel. I believe the scout rogue is around 560lbs and these bikes are around 700lbs. the scout will be faster from a dead stop. In a roll race, the low rider should be faster due to the torque difference.

The Electra Glide Revival was worth it IMO. As to this, feels more like a big cash grab for HD. Just don't feel like the bike is worth that price point. I would rather get a full size bagger at that point. And yes the 107 still comes in the Road King standard, Road/Street Glide standard, Electra Glide, and Softail Standard.

Nice Paint for sure. Price? I feel the MSRP is substantial. To pay 12k extra? Crazy! After all how many CVO owners get the "market adjustment" applied to the trade in value. But, there are 1500 people that will have the excess income or wealth that it just won't matter to them. On a good note - Indian tried the JD versions, they didn't even come close to a CVO or the El Diablo. Harley still does it best.

$6250 more for paint and radio according to H-D's website. Wow. The paint is arguably worth the money, but for that kind of money you could step up to a touring model, unless that's not your thing. I'm in the wait till 2023 and hope there's something special for the 120 year anniversary. Do wish they would change the bags to open on the top, that sideways opening bag is what makes this bike a "no go" for me. It does look awesome though.

@@FMFHATCH Crazy as it sounds...the dealers on the East coast are even worse than the West coast with the markup game, as they dont have as much competition and Laidlaw is more about volume (hard to do volume if your roads are covered in snow 5 months out of the year and theres only 2 dealers in 200 miles). My last bike, I went from Raligh NC and got it from SAvannah Harley instead to avoid markup and dealer fee's that were outrageous.

I just got my Lowrider ST a couple of weeks ago(finally), and took it on a 1000 mile road trip. I excitedly watched the entire video to see what else is part of this "ICON" package, but was disappointed that is nothing more than a paint job and a speaker system that half of the riders probably won't want. The paint is cool, but I want coms to talk with my buddies on rides. I'll stick with my Sena and pass on blaring music that nobody else but you wants to hear. :(
