I have to say this was a fun video to watch as usual but it bares a lot of personal options which I find not helpful, I watch every video from Sambo but is one is of the mark, there is a lot of things but the car which he did not mention e.g the gt is a 2 litre, all wheel drive unlike the h6, and no matter how you slice and dice it, if you don't afford cars like this, that should not make you think people who do have their heads screwed wrong otherwise will all be driving toyotas lol , I also feel the same about people who drive the Suzuki Baleno's I think they are people who lack funds and ambition after all denist are not doctors, I do welcome the part where he put warning before the video, I guess he also knew what he was going to say was going to be irrelevant, but funny video I enjoyed it, also sambo is not a car review but a affordability channel and lots of jokes and we need channels like these ( you can't drive your apartment but can sleep in your car) that's comedy gold right there.

Chips have become expensive. The microchip markets are bleeding due to global shortages. Add inflation and you got a bomb. Think about it. Prices are increase to decrease demand. Basic economics... Supply = Demand... If one exceeds the other, a new balance has to emerge. Shortage of market chips, increases micro chips, making cars more expensive to produce so the demand for cars goes does. @@lefumiya1777 cost increases finance executive bonuses , fancy dealerships and unscrupulous marketing. A complex car will have roughly 20 modules containing two micro processors each at the most. These processors are from the same source devoid of the car make/ manufacturer and they cost less than R500 each. The difference is application and circuitry involved. South Africans are being taken for a ride by all dealerships. Cars manufactured in SA and exported globally are cheaper than here by a wide margin. The Chinese are sussing the waters and soon they will be demanding same as other manufacturers.

@@lefumiya1777 Lol this has nothing to do with microchips bro. all car manufacturers are increasing prices bcoz we still buying the cars, in 2020 a polo sedan trendline was R220K brand new. but in 2021 the same car was R270k thats a R50K price hike, and the polo sedan does not have any 'microchip' shortage, they are easily available in india and imported here. the polo tsi is locally manufacturer but increase it recieved facelift the increases skyrocketed. this has nothing to do with chips but just greedy manufacturers

I agree. That's my NAGGING concern!They Look Great. But reliability-wise?Can I Risk it?I've driven Hondas all my Life.And I must confess...The Brand has messed me up,mentally.I just don't trust any other Car. So used to just Jumping in and Driving.Doesnt matter whether it's to the Shop or to Windhoek, Winter or Summer! It's been 25years with different Hondas and I'm yet to experience what it's like to Get Stuck...anywhere!

@@neptunia4551 you know I was saying the same thing to a buddy of mine. I've been with Honda since 2016 and to-date I have never had a reliability issue. Yes the car parts are expensive, but it's a once in a while expense which is quite honestly worth it!

Haval is not THAT new. They've been going for more than 5 years already. I personally am on my second Haval now and I have better reliability and fewer issues than with my other, more established car brands. In fact, I've had zero issues thus far with Haval. When servicing the car, also no hassles; quick, easy and great after sales service. I do not think you need to wait another 5 years before you consider getting one, and also remember that once they are well established, they are going to have more established pricing as well.

Great Review Muzi. I was a fan of the brand before I watched this video but not anymore. When Haval introduced introduced this H6 it had a starting price of R419K and that was not long ago. That was was the main talking point that even entry level came with a lot of spec. What the hell happened. Over R600k hayi ngeke that's too soon for them .

Got an incredible deal to trade in my H6 SL for the GT! For me the GT is just a better car. Glad to have got rid of the disastrous piano black interior trim which show every scratch and bit of dirt. The GT feels far more balanced on the road with far less body roll. Exterior far exceeds the standard H6 - let’s be honest. And lastly the H6 or the H6 GT are both still value proposition products, so each to their own
