This is the right comparison and the right bike, idk why most people here compare zx25r with cbr 250rr cause the cylinder number is already different thus the power output clearly is different🤣 if people wanted to see zx25 beat other, why not compare nsr250rr with zx25r? And people here will say "ITS DIFFERENT ENGINE" 🤣 like Cbr 250rr and zx25r got different engine configuration even tho its the same cc displacement🤣 it just like u compare R6 vs R7 or Ninja 650 vs Zx636.

No, its not. This is the right comparison, you want to compare 250 cc inline 2 cylinder bike with 250 cc inline 4 bike? Its not on the same level and not fair. It just like you compare R6 vs R7, which is not same level bike. Or you compare ninja 650 with Zx 636.

@@esdeathchan4354 I do think its fair (trackwise) because the ZX25RR is on 43-50hp (180kg) while the CBR250RR is 40hp (168kg). CBR250RR has the torque advantage while the ZX25RR's power needs to be squeezed out. Both of them are specialized low cc racebikes for the road, but don't forget, the ZX25RR's costs more than a Ninja 400 and the CBR250RR.

@@LunringNassar can't You can't compare 2cyl to 4cyl bike, it doesn't contain as a FAIR, Ninja250 power is too far for sport touring, ,just look at it's power and weight, 39ps + 167kg(abs) ,it's only sport touring look with sport specification , so the title of "sport tour" in ninja250 is only a gimmic The real comparation is zx25r with 2cyl and cbr250rr sp 2cyl

@@arv1303 Yeah tell that to the track, if you think about it they both go toe-to-toe intrack because the CBR will pull out faster on smaller tracks while the ZX25R's power will be on longer tracks with straights. Even my CB400SF which is a 55hp inline-4 go toe-to-toe with my friends YZF-R3 42hp bike on twisties, I just dont have the torque to pull out fast enough. And that is why I think both are similar in performance, and yes the ZX is faster on the straights, but I'm not paying 500c price on a 250cc bike.

The easy fix is to bump the Ninja 250 to same 12.5 compression ratio and both should have the same HP and TQ number

Yeah you're right, all new ninja almost hit 40hp with 11:6:1 compression ratio, if new ninja got 12+ compression, it would easily match cbr or even smoked the CBR

In Japan, the CBR250RR is about $1200 more expensive than the ninja250. The price of ninja is about the same in Japan, so I'm surprised that CBR is so cheap😧

Overpriced Ninja motorbikes have minimal features, they don't even have an upside down pair, and what's worse, they still use the swing arm from the underbone motorbike. CBR is expensive but its features match far above the ninja but back to taste. Just don't buy the Yamaha brand, it's broken and ugly

Power to weight ratio: CBR250RR SP: 41,5HP÷168kg = 0.25 hp/kg ZX25RR 51hp÷183 = 0.27,9 So CBR250RR SP QS might perform better than ZX25RR because it has better power to weight ratio.

Should have been ZX25R vs CBR250RR. Both bikes are good but the CBR is years ahead in terms of tech. If compared to ZX25R then its fair because they both have very similar tech. The big difference is 4vs2 cylinder,no TCS for CBR, weight difference and price. Others mosly similar. You should do ZX25R vs CBR250RR. I promise it will give a lot more views and better feedback than this video. As you can see a lot of comment is saying what im saying. Think about it.

@@esdeathchan4354 and for another part for your comment: The video i mentioned and the creator of this channel is about specs. Not usage. Doenst matter if either bike can be used in track or not. R6 is a race bike made for street. Like Fireblade SP. More track oriented. CBR250RR have more aggresive seat position and ZX25R is more upright,more like sport touring but not the same as sport touring. Kinda in the middle of sport touring and aggresive position. The CBR is better for the track because the 2 cylinder engine is better for tracks that has tons of corners. The Ninja is good in corners too but not as good as the CBR. Ninja is better in straight and long track. The CBR is 41hp. Ninja is 50hp(51hp when in high rpm because it has RAM Air system). CBR has more torque as it is 2 cylinder so it has bigger piston and that means more torque. The difference arent that big. The big difference is number of cylinders. Other than that they are both 250cc bikes and similar feature. The CBR is missing the TCS. Ninja has it. Others are similar like QS,AutoBlipper,ABS,Riding Modes,Ride by Wire... So it is a fair comparison. Unfair my foot..and the best part of your comment is the example you gave.

To be honest man the CBR250RR not even close to Ninja250 or Yamaha R25. because CBR250 was inbred race bike and used in Asia Road Racing competition. While the Yamaha R25/Ninja 250 are road street bike for the street. The suitable comparison is, the CBR250R single Cylinder and Ninja 250. Or CBR250RR and ZX25R. I own the CBR250RR and it's pretty powerful.
