I saw one on the road where I am yesterday. It looks really good in person. I want one in blue 😂. Honda always do a outstanding job with designing. This Civic is a true winner. Thank you friend.

Hey how’s everything and I seen a white one three days ago when they went on sale and it was handsome in person and I would go for a blue exterior paint or even this red paint

Here's my gripe...No sunroof option on Sport trim. The Canadian version offers it. And 7 inch display is too small when other competitors offers 8 inch or 10. What Honda should've done with the Civic is make a package trim for the Sport to include some premium features. The irony is that this new Civic Sport is priced just about the same as the Elantra N-Line. But the Elantra N-Line gives you 201hp. This Civic Sport is only 158hp. And you get a sunroof, blindspot warning, and rear seat cupholders..Go Figure! But I do like the styling of this new Civic a lot. Just Honda needs to take a play book on their Korean rivals on how to package trim levels to satisfy their customers.
@CG-rb4xo3 жыл бұрын
I definitely respect your desire for a sunroof, but Sunroofs actually hurt your sporty driving. It’s the weight (sunroof) up high in the car which raises the center of gravity of the vehicle, hurting performance (weight down low helps you around corners). You see a lot of sport’s cars and bmws etc. that eliminate the sunroofs for this reason, and even have carbon fiber and magnesium roofs because of this. So, depending upon what kind of sport you’re looking for (whether it’s handling or just style), then that’s probably a reason-cost is a big one too. In short, this car will handle better without a sunroof. Also, Maybe if it had a sunroof on it a lot of people wouldn’t buy the upper trims?

That’s why I bought an Elantra Sport last time, but I am curious to see where the next Si ends up in price and if they will offer it in the hatchback also.

Weirdly the Canadian market one is a bit different: the 1.5 turbo is only offered on the Touring model, blind spot, sunroof and heated steering are included with the sport. Might be some other stuff I didnt notice on my test drive too.

Honda shoukd have put the 200 HP Si engine in the Sport Touring Hatchback with the manual transmission, and put the 270 HP detuned 2.0L turbo from the Accord Sport/Touring in the new Si.

The Civic looks good but i don't think i would be truly satisfied with this car. I prefer the 5th and 6th gen civics from 92-2000 I even like the 88-91 4th gen Civic. I personally daily drive a 99 Civic Coupe I prefer a more basic car with minimal electronics this Civic just looks too modern to me has too many electronics don't get me wrong the Civic in the video looks good and your video was good I just don't think I would be truly satisfied with this car or any other more modern car wish older Civics could be made again really miss the styles from the 80s and 90s Honda had especially the 80s Prelude and 5th and 6th gen Civic and 80s accord with flip up headlights and the CB7 Accord.

It’s not fair the 11th gen Civic has the same start up chime as the 2018-2020 Accord while the 2021 Accord has that annoying ass 2000’s style beeping startup chime!
