I've got the Forza 350 and the front and rear suspension on it is shocking. Hit a pothole and it makes a loud bang and feels like the forks are about to snap, and the rear don't bottom out but are so harsh around London that it takes the fun out of riding it.

I definitely know what you mean about potholes I think I’ve broken something when the front makes that crashing noise. Very poor quality suspension for such a premium scooter

Mine tops out at 70mph GPS, the speedo is a bit optimistic. I weight 75kg

Gps mine does 72 mph I weigh over 110kg closer to 115kg do a few long runs down the M5 Birmingham to Bristol and 72mph is its maximum it hits a soft limiter

I have tried to complain to HONDA about shock absorbers in Spain. I had PCX for 8 year and decided to buy a new forza. It is bigger and so on, but if I am outside de tarmac if jumps like a mad horse. And Official Service telling me a bullshit about clutch, dust and everything else. They just do not care. And I do not know what do to. I will have to buy new proper shock absorbers and thats it. But what brand and specifications should I choose? I do not know. That not suppose to be my problem for such amount of money.

I feel your pain I reported the problem to Honda UK and they said they would change them but I think it’s just the shocks are rubbish DCPARTS have aftermarket shocks for the Forza but no one else seems to sell them

Ive just got one before Christmas after trading in my PCX. Got the Red one so much different to the PCX. My handlebars are of skew as well to the left. Did you get it sorted. What did they do with it. My only gripe is the mirrors are shite had to buy some of them blind spot mirrors dont help a lard arse is sat between them and the view behind lol 😂

Yes they sorted the steering at first service you have to mention it…the mirrors are rubbish you learn to work around them bobbing your head…great scooter runs much better once it gets to over 2000 miles

Thank you for this video. I'm not from the UK, but this helped me a lot. In my country the Forza 125 is even more expensive(£7,000). I'll look into the Yamaha XMAX 125 instead, hopefully it has better quality control.

Haha maybe you don't believe me but I am telling which I bought xmax 125cc brand new plate 72 . I done 600 miles so I did frist service and after 1440 engine broken. Yamaha fixed it after two weeks but after one hour drive again broke. Now I don't know which bike is good honda or Yamaha . In this video he complained from forza .

I’m viewing a 2019 version next week with a view to ordering a new one, I test rode an SH Mode yesterday after getting my CBT which it to small for me, suspension on that felt ok and I’m 6ft2 100kg lump. Surprising Honda would have such poor suspension on a flagship model. If that is the case, maybe they could replace them under warranty?

The shocks have settled on hardest there still harsh I've got mine on 4th hardest front forks are still horrible they are well under sprung.

It did get sorted and I’ve had no further issues to date. But it’s a very expensive scooter compared to the MT125 etc

I was so lucky getting mine. I didn’t pre order one just went on auto trader and phoned everyone selling one. Padgetts had 3 but they sold before I could get finance but I found a cancellation order in Southend on sea. Most advertise bikes but when you enquire they say we can order one but you will have to probably wait 6 months. Good luck finding one they are definitely worth the effort to search one out, fantastic scooter.

I nearly bought a pcx but was much too small for my needs. The forza rides great on smooth roads and the engine is fantastic but the suspension on uneven surfaces is terrible. I will upgrade the rear shocks but I’m a little let down by my experience

You can't adjust the front can you I've looked there is no preloaded on the front only on the rear 🤔

I had it on the hardest setting I've put it on the middle setting now position 3 out of 5 it seems much better I might try 2nd softest but I don't want it wallowing about 3 seems good..👍

Hardest is for two heavy people, the third setting like you say is correct. Have a look at your manual of the Moto. Sometimes it's worth it to read them!;)

It’s abit of a scam to be fair you have to have it serviced at Honda to keep warranty. My first was £125 at 600 miles after first month and second is £150 at 12 months or 4000 miles. So £275 in service costs for 2 year warranty. And you know Sod’s law it will have a catastrophic engine failure at 2yrs 1 day 😂😂
