I just don't like the rogue front fairing. So maybe I'll get a rogue and change to the bobber cowl 😅

Don't plan on biking long distances just around town or surrounding areas. The bobber is what I would get, but I do want to try the rogue to see if it is a lot more comfortable. The seat you can always just change out so that isn't really a selling point to upgrade.
@Omni_Moto2 жыл бұрын
The bobber will definitely have you pulled further forward with its handlebar set up. What you find comfortable may not be the same definition as what I have for comfort. Without ever having sat on a rogue (still) and having sat on a bobber, I can say just from photos the Rogue is going to be immensely more comfortable for me. I’ve been on Scout bobbers with mini-ape bars and found it substantially better than what the bobber came with factory, which is why I think the rogue will be more comfortable.

hey boss, great video. quick question though. i love the bobber for the way the bobber looks especially the floating seat. can this be done on the rogue?
@Omni_Moto Жыл бұрын
It sure can! The Scout Rogue, Scout, Scout Bobber, Scout Sixty, etc. are all based on the same chassis, so if one accessory/modification works on one, it (in theory) will work on any other one. I haven't seen a floating seat on a Rogue yet, but I don't see any reason why it couldn't be done. Go for it!

I personally like the looks of the bobber more but I have to agree that the rogue looks more comfortable
@mithrandirthegrey76442 ай бұрын
Yup, but to be fair, nobody gets a bobber for comfort.

Regarding your cost assessment, you can always sell your stock parts to get the money back. But that’s a hassle in itself
@Omni_Moto2 жыл бұрын
Hey, thanks for mentioning that. I can bring that up in another video if I do one in this style again for sure.

Who wants to have stock parts that everyone already has? (Except If they didn't bought a used Indian with OEM parts...)

Great Work, I Just want the Bars and Wheel that will make the bike comfortable, However, the fairing is ugly.

It’s sounds like you’ll only need to sink around $950 with the required components, before labor, to accomplish your goal. Labor would be around 2 hours. Very feasible!

Why didn't Indian put a fuel gauge on the bike? I feel like that is a need and Indian cheap out on us.
@Omni_Moto2 жыл бұрын
It is a small ask from the consumer, and I feel it should have been added as well. They do have a low-fuel light that kicks on with about 10-20 miles left, but that’s not very helpful until it turns on. Before you turn the bike on though, you can always give it the little shimmy-shake and guess how much is left in the tank that way. 😄
@JW028282 жыл бұрын
@@Omni_Moto The customer shouldn't have to go through all that to figure out how much gas they have and their bike. Hopefully Indian will fix this with the next year model.

But it is just a Scout and doesn't have a Thunderstroke 111 or 116! Give me a Chief Bobber Dark Horse!
@Omni_Moto2 жыл бұрын
Hey Dean, I see your comment, and want to say that I will put that with my future video ideas. I can make a video talking differences between Scout and both the 111 & 116 Chief Bobber. Currently our store doesn’t have any 116 models on hand, but when we get them I’ll be sure to try and get a video put together. Be sure to subscribe to see when that video might drop. 😁

@@DrDiff952 I also rode a stage 2 Chief in sagebrush smoke color at the Indian demo ride event at the Lake of the Ozarks. Awesome power. Super chief has more luxury, but overall a fantastic platform.

@MissourIAN I just wish that they had less Bobbed fenders on the Chief line. Not exactly full fender and skirts of the previous generation Chief but something like the larger fenders on the original scout.
