I have a 25 nx. When i say "hay lexus" it will not ask me what i want. It just has it written on the screen. And voice prompts are turned on.

That's the change in the latest software. My 2022 does the same now after the new update.

my voice recognition never understands me...I talk Spanish, could that be the problem?

I could be that it does not recognize your accent. What commands are you giving it?

On my side, I have not found a real benefit with the voice command system. I have tested it, but don't use it actually. Maybe I haven't yet found the command I need to make my driving experience smoother? Your video illustrates some differences with non North American models : in Europe, pressing the steering wheel voice command button triggers the Lexus voice recognition, and pressing the same button for 2 seconds triggers the Google or Apple voice recognition. However, my Lexus never tells me jokes... Only Google can do that !

I've used it a few times for navigation. I feel it's a bit gimmicky saying that I'm cold and it will warm up the temperature. It's just as easy to just turn that knob. I get it and I hope they would get better overtime. I got to try with Android Auto to see if that button is any difference. Need to do more research and trial and error on that.
