I synced my iPhone to the 2018 Lexus NX300, however when I make a call I can here them but they can’t hear me? I tried deleting it and trying again, but still having the same problem. Can someone please help guide me through this?

Apparently it is a common issue where you have to unhook the negative of the 12 Volt. Check out The Car Care Nut video for explanation
