Hi, I noticed the same thing on my NX. I believe the system voice for directions is effected as well. When the car radio is high and the Siri or system voice comes on, normal reaction would be to lower the radio so you can hear the background voice. We do this all the time when watching TV and the phone rings. However, on the NX lowering the volume lowers the system voice as you showed. This issue can be resolved by adding a toggle switch in settings saying, “Lock System Voice in Settings.” This way the occupant can decide where to adjust the system voice. Hope Lexus Is reading. Keep up the good work.

If you are using CarPlay and Android Auto - you are right that the voice for directions are the same. I think if you use the Lexus Navigation, there is another setting for that one. Unfortunately, I don't have enough subscribers for Lexus to really care about my feedback. I do hope they are watching and reading comments in my videos.

I can't actually hear my Hey Lexus voice, when I say "Hey Lexus"?

Somewhat related, but thank you for showing that if you press and hold the assistant button it will use Siri (and not the Lexus one). I was just annoyed by that today, good to know!

your content is very good. Apple Designer is much more beautiful on screen, do you agree with me? In your day to day life, for travelling, which map do you usually use?

Thank you for your compliments. I typically use Waze for my day to day travelling. The Apple screen is sharper and does look better.

well blame the android 13 update and the iPhone 16.3 update. With every new update it always release a pandoras box off issues. Doesnt affect every phone but many!

I wouldn't blame any company as the compatibility is definitely hard to ensure when both ends are updating software. This issue on the phone is some usability issues, and unexpected behaviour when Siri/Google Assistant speaks, you adjust the volume it in fact adjusts their volume and not your media.
