I have an SQ7 with the B&O system. It’s pretty good, but my Tesla Model Y has a better audio system surprisingly.

I had that in my Q7, same 23 speakers 1920 watt 3d setup. What a gem, I think it's better than both high end mervedes burmester and volvo/BMW Bowers Wilkins For reference I always listen to 24/96 hi res lossless songs

I'd give the edge to Volvo XC90 BUTT... the 4d sound system beats it if you choose to option it.. Prolly the best sound system outside of Naim.

How is there a discrepancy between 15 and 16 speakers? Also, the other 3D units have a subwoofer in addition to the front bass. Does this one?

Charlie- Which would you recommend- 2019 Mercedes-Benz S560 with the Burmester 3D system or a 2021 Volvo S90 T8 Recharge Inscription trim with the Bowers and Wilkins system?

Virtually comparable. Burmester is going to be a little brighter and more artificial, BW will be a bit more natural and warm, but both top tier.

I heard a vibration in the car at 19:00, is that true vibration? if that is true, it's a big F the car should not produce vibration noise at anytime due to sound system

I’ve noticed vibrations in mine too from the bass, it sounds as though the speaker is not secure. Even with the bass not fully turned up

Pretty sure mercedes puts an eight inch midbass driver side and passenger up front in the firewall. If so, there is your 16th speaker.
