Beautiful road and smooth rider. It must be nice to have a one way road like that, not have to worry about oncoming traffic. We've got fantastic mountain and ocean side roads here in Mendocino County but there's always the question of when that logging truck is going to share your side of the road. I ordered Mistral Long, polished SS exhausts for my '22 Special from AF1 Racing - 4-6weeks. The wait is killing me. If your ever touring NorCal check out HWY36 Red Bluff to the coast and see the sign showing Windy road -140 miles. The Dragons Tail is for amatures.

Can you tell me how you like the Mistrals? I'm in NorCal, too and you're not kidding about the riding here. Gold Country, Sierra foothills, coast, etc. And yes, the ride from Red Bluff to the coast is definitely not for the faint of heart or who think the Dragon is the be all and all. ;)

By golly that sound bloody lovely🥰🥰🥰 Interesting when you were on the overrun in the bend and then dropped down a gear. Not the ideal thing to do in a bend, but the bike responded nicely and was well settled and stable. Love the vid as I am picking up my V7 tomorrow..... What a fantastic road and amazing scenery, loved it!

Hi, it sounds awesome! Did you perhaps experienced any problems when riding without DB killers? I've seen some videos with V7 owners talking about loosing some power in the low rpms etc. after they removed them.

I'm sure it lost some low end but nothing that noticable. The sound is worth the lose until I get the tune in.

I know that this video is a year old, but please tell me where this is that you're riding. I've been thinking about getting a V7 stone (or possibly the special) and getting the Mistral pipes seems like the thing to do!

This was before I got a tune on it. With the tune it loves high RPMs now. Stock tune falls on its face around 5k rpm.
