I've always thought Honda cars looked so boxy and dorky looking.... but THIS? This is a very nice, sleek design. I'd never thought I'd see the day with Honda. Give the designer a raise.

The no bullshit approach on this car makes it very attractive. Minimalistic but functional exterior and interior, spacious, solid quality and a very logical engine. It's supposed to be economical and competitive as well, and fully loaded as standard and AWD as an option (at least in Japan, where is already being sold). Hopefully we'll see an electric version soon enough.

Looks really superb, I can see a What Car award for this already! Classy exterior and interior, the best of both worlds, more upmarket appearance with pretty much guaranteed Honda reliability. Buying one of these, for man, is a highly probable no-brainier.

Shd have kept with higher roof imo. The 'old' cars faults were crashy jiggly ride with larger wheel option, scuttle shake over larger bumps and gearbox/1.8l engine combo made noisy progress. Sound proofing was also pretty bad. Hopefully these have been resolved

Mazda SUV's, in fact all Mazda's have a complete different front entirely. In fact exactly that for me is a deal breaker. But hey that is only my opinion and fortunately peoples taste differs.

I like the design language better than the outgoing car, but its front and rear ends look too similar to the Mazda cx5. If you made the front grille chrome, it'd be the same shape as the cx5 grille, and if you removed the light bar on the taillights it'd look like the mazda 3 hatch.

The only thing I don't like is the shark-fin antenna. I wish they did some sort of flat design so if I'd load a kayak I would not have to worry about breaking off the antenna. Other than that, it is perfect.

I think you meant to say the response time of the infotainment system is REDUCED by 50% not up by 50%. Also, if there is only a single engine available, there is no choice, it is nonsense to say there is a choice of one.
