Personally I Prefer a bakkie like this for commuting to work and doing weekend chores at the house like taking garden waste to dumping sites. It's a pity that prices are too high, imagine financing a R400 000+ bakkie and a R600 000+ SUV, so this will workout if you're buying it for business. Anyway thanks for the review, very enjoyable🙏🙏🙏

Thanks a lot Demtumza, much appreciated as usual🙌🏽🙏🏽🥲 Well, I used to be around bakkies a lot, not lately though. I find it very heavy on everyday commute but over the weekend to do the work or even if working at the site during the week, you'd appreciate this a lot. Yoh, when I checked the competition, I realised that these are quite expensive these days. It looks like no matter what car you pick, the price is just shocking. Only the chinese products seem to be living in the past when it comes to pricing🤔

If you buy a bakkie like this you will never get hijacked

You will be shocked, these things are very attractive on the streets, especially for their engines. Maybe Nissan specifically is a little safe but yoh these bakkies.

Yo Sebuwa sorry for late response buddy. Awesome review. I have no doubt that companies or individuals who buy this will be using them on fleet more than off-road which is sad considering these bakkies abilities. However, with the pricing structure it’s crazy to think a decent spec single can will breach R500k mark😮yes the power is there though But Also remember that there is a very affordable mahindra pick up single cab, not sure if it’s offered in 4x4 probably is and it starts at a mere R245k!!! That’s half of the base model on this Nissan🤣🙆🏾♂️Albeit less power of course. Me personally Il rather go get me a new mahindra for off-road and farming in 4x4 guise. Either way like I always say, us consumers we gullible and this will still sell🫣💆🏾♂️😀😄

I should apologise as well, I guess the apologies will cancel each other😁! Eish Mahindra ne? And those are actually quality vehicles but I know people in this segment pride themselves with the power in thier vehicles. Honestly though +R500K is quite steep considering that we also have GWM Steed and also commercial P-Series in the market which are gaining farmers' trust each year. This has proved itself though as a fleet vehicle e.g. with Police and they are still getting them, the lower powered one will surely sell more and this will be if one needs a 4x4. This segment is very loyal to the brands, can't convince an Isuzu guy to buy a Toyota for example no matter the price difference. I guess that is where they are keeping it, within those who grew with 1-toner/hardbody(s)🙂

So how much will the installment be monthly

Hi i have NISSAN NP 300 LWB 2.5 TDI 2017 MODEL STILL POWERFUL, IT HAS TWO YEARS REMAINING TO FINISH INSTALMENT, CAN I TRADE IN ? How much installment could it be.
@sebuwam Жыл бұрын
Hi, yoh I am honestly not sure how much those go for now. I know they are loved as workhorses as we have one at home, 2013 model still running. The thing is this one does not come cheap but that's because it's a 4x4, the 4x2 is R344 900 so if gou are lucky you may get R150 000 on your car. Depending on how much you are left with if say you are left with R75000 then you will get R75000 in the new one meaning you will get finance on the remaining R269 000 (Installment over 5 years will be around R5750 excluding insurance)
